It was extremely hot and no air conditioning. It was impossible to sleep and this spoiled the stay. The rooms had strong unpleasant smell- probably cleaning agents.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was fine

The room had no light, only one lamp. The shower was bad, all the water came out on the floor. Towels had holes in them. Coffee machine gave water instead of coffee. No air condition. One place in the 10m2 room for electricity. You either charge your phone, or you have fan, or you have lamp. The fridge didn’t work. On booking it said they are pet friendly, but when we came they told us it is 20e per night for small dog. This is 4* hotel? 2* is more like.

I will make this as short as I can. First of all, the reception ladies were not helpful whatsoever (that is if they even were there). the room was so hot, no AC, when we asked for fan, they refused to give us one. We also had to wait 10 minutes until the cold water came from the shower, because for first 10 minutes it was only boóing hot water. When I called reception via room phone or via cell phone, of course noone answered (as noone is usually at the reception anyway). you could get a better breakfast at the kindergarden dining hall… or if you went to any store and spend 3 euros you would make yourself a favor. i am not even half way there but I guess you get my point so I finish it here… I have been traveling all around the world and have never written a review. but this hotel made me do it…. please make yourself a favor and book any other hotel in this area (there is plenty to choose from).

the worst accommodation, small room, very hot, bathroom that barely fits in it, the bed creaks, bad mattress. It is not possible for a 4 star hotel with 150 € / night to have such conditions. The extra bed is a terrible armchair, very small and uncomfortable, which squeaks with every movement. Worst experience ever.

The staff went over and beyond their regular duties to make our stay pleasant.

Tv had very few working channels.

There was no water in the hotel. Bath is too small and the sauna and pool were out of use

Very convenient, waterfront property.

Lacking basic amenities, shabby rooms. The wallpaper was peeling in various parts of our room and there was no room light in the main area (only in the entrance!). Only little desktop lamps provided. As a spa hotel, it was surprising they did not have amenities like hairdryers. we even called front desk to inquire about one. For paying over 100€ a night..

The location is great if you want to visit x biosphere.

-Long queue to check in -No WiFi as advertised -No spa facilities as advertised -Terrible waiter service -Cockerels outside window crowing from 5.30am -Toilet broken -No proper shower/ attachments -Had to wait over an hour for room to be ready -Room in dark annexe area in extremely difficult to get to area of hotel I have never complained or checked out early of a hotel before until visiting this hotel.terrible and as a solo female traveller I can honestly say I felt unsafe. Absolutely not worth the money being asked and certainly nowhere near 4 star as advertised

The location of the hotel is fairly nice (near a lake and other sports venues), but the hotel does not make very good use of it. The staff is alright and trying hard to keep things running given the current (Covid-19 related) limitations. The windows have built-in mosquito nets, which is a great thing for that part of Slovakia; it also unfortunately being the only positive thing about the room we got...

The Southern part of Slovakia gets really hot during the summer, some of the rooms (ours included) face almost due south and there is no air-conditioning of any sort! The inability to get a good night sleep or any rest during the day due to the prevailing high temperatures inside our room spoiled the whole trip for us. Not recommended for anyone, who prefers their accommodation temperature to be below 30+°C at night... and the wellness area was also closed down, even though the website said it was working; too bad for us.
