The pool was refreshing in the scorching heat . Lots of animals to see, a dog, cats, goats and horses. The waiter and host were very acommodating,helpful and friendly.

It appeared that a goat was eating a plastic bag, I was a litlle worried about this., perhaps someone threw it in the goat pen? The pool had chlorine in it and the accompdation was 5 miles from the centre not 1.4 .

The staff is very lovely. They are always willing to help you and make everything nice for you. Lovely and nice people. They offered us a nice breakfast in our arrival ( even the breakfast time was ended). Also, they provide us with transportation any time we needed it.

The most annoying thing are the amount of flies. There are flies everywhere: in the room, in the garden, at the breakfast…. there are very very annoying because they are around you all the time. Also, they should improve the cleanliness of the rooms and make sure insects cannot come in. We found in our room and couple of big wholes in the wall and an army of ants were walking up and down. As well, the toilet pipe was not working so anytime you need to use it you have to close the pipe after if your don’t want to hear the water coming out.

An impressively well-kept maze-like garden with many small huts and tents to stay in. Very helpful and friendly staff, tasty dinners and breakfasts. Relax by the pool when it becomes too hot for activities. Small hikes through the enclosing palmeraie recommended.

Peacocks running around on the roof at night - although it is quite hilarious to find the culprit in the morning.

The rooms are very dark, no windows, humid, bathroom without doror only curtin in. 3 bed room, was uncomfortable going to the bthroom without asking other people to go out. Lots of things lacking such as a small table wher e to put things, shampoo.. Breakfast was a buffet, cake, bread and crepe were little dry, like they were done yesterday Frankly am disappointed coz i chose it over good notes on booking and it was quite expensive for what it is Also we had a car so driving to the kesbah or good resturants zone was not a problem

Location was good. Very quiet and peaceful. Felt safe and secure. Very relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The kitchen facilities were very basic for self-catering.

Nice rural setting

Unfortunately a lot. Staffs were not very welcoming. Rooms are not well lit, lack of natural light, cold, crawling ants, dusty blankets, towels looking muddy/ brown, bathroom has no doors, lack of privacy, cold breakfast and coffee, cold dining area. Thankfully we didn't try lunch or dinner, not heard great reviews from other guests. This place could be a little gem if things are put right.

Not enough hot water. It was 4 of us in the room only one had a decently hot shower

staff was extremely friendly and the house we stayed in was comfortable. beds are a bit hard, but this seems to be a trend throughout our trip, so maybe it is us.

evening dinner was nice, but could have been better. with three young kids that sometimes drop stuff on the floor we had a group of interested cats around us continuously.

The atmosphere, the food ( best of our stay in Morocco ) the lodge, the animals, and of course the amazing and caring staff!
