Good size of the room, comfortable bed and pillows, everyday cleaning.

The walls are not soundproof.

I travel a lot and usually visit 4 and 5 star hotels. This hotel is an old residental appartment building turned into a hotel but very cheap. In my opinion it deserves not more than 2 stars. The rooms are cheap built, the matrasses are very soft like used for 10 years and the toilet you only find in 2 star hotels. Also the windows have no isnulation at all and the room is very noise from the street outside. The price should be 30-40 euro max bcs of location but they charge 60-70 euro.

We stayed in room 101, which is on the ground floor and obviously next to the kitchen as the smell of the food preparation that came from the air vent in the morning was unbearable. It smelled as if the air vent in the room was connected directly to the cooking range in the kitchen (smell of fried eggs and whatever else they cooked) and the smell persisted from around 6:30, when they started cooking, to around 9:30, when they stopped cooking. We've never experienced anything like this in a hotel room. Not sure if this is an issue only in this particular room or all rooms on the ground floor/in the hotel. Also the parking lot was full, despite reserving it, when making the hotel room reservation. Fortunately, it was a weekend and there was free parking in the street near by. Otherwise it is very dissapointing as we chose this hotel precisely because of the private free parking and then when you arrive you are told that the parking is full.

Bfreakfast was very good, although located at -1 Price was Ok as well as the location (10 min walk from city center) Room is not small and actually quite silent (if you keep the windows closed).

my room was a bit cold and I could get the air con working only at 4am, 90 min before waking up... The hotel is not the one I was expected. Staff wasn't super thrilled. Overall, above average. Room is also a bit sad...

very bad wifi, room thermostat was not working and we were not able to adjust the temperature
