The location is quiet, which is nice

The room wasn't properly cleaned or turned down. Coffee was also not replaced after the first night. Do not disturb sign on the door was ignored by the cleaning staff.

has the charme of a low budget hotel. No value for money parking situation is a catastrophe

Clean room with a beautiful view. Professional staff in the restaurant and especially in the check-in area. Hotel is recognizable and not hard to find for a foreigner. Good experience overall.

The hotel was very nice. The location was great and the breakfast on the 16th floor was "heavenly". Very nice and friendly staff and the rooms were also very nice and big as well as comfortable.

Overall I liked it very much, the rooms feel a bit sterile, like in a hospital :)

The beds were very very comfortable!

The blinds do not allow for the rooms to be completely dark so if you are bothered by light in the morning then you will wake up. We called the reception to understand how the air conditioning works as the room was not cooling, and they informed us that there is no air conditioner but rather an air circulation system. So I found this quite misleading as this was one of the reasons I picked this hotel.

Very friendly and accommodating staff including the manager. The waiters and barmen were very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Luigi from the breakfast service was fantastic.
