Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist aussergewöhnlich schön.
Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre in der Lobby. Der Spa ist sehr entspannend mit einem top Ruheraum.
In der Roofttop Bar hat uns das Personal zu verstehen gegeben, dass es wegen den wenigen Gästen nur noch einen Drink gibt. Dies um 21:00h am Abend!
Die nachfolgende Gruppe wurde ebenfalls so empfangen. Dies ist für ein 5-Stern Hotel doch eher peinlich.

Das Hotel war von aussen schön bei genauerem hinschauen leider nicht mehr
Fast kein Personal hat Deutsch gesprochen und das in der Schweiz. Frühstücksraum viel zu wenig platz für alle Gäste. Extras kosten Extra , teuer.
Wellness die reinste Enttäuschung. Pool wurde von Kindern belagert. Sauna wurde der Nacktbereich ( Hygiene) nicht eingehalten. Kinder in der Sauna. Familienhotel?!?
Preis Leistung stimmt gar nicht.
Chinoise … mit Kartoffeln. Wenig Beilagen, Preis überrissen.

While checking in they didn’t provide me with the guest card, and I went to the train station and paid CHF44 for me and my husband for a train trip that could be free with this card.

Room, staff, diner, spa. All wonderful. Spacious room, very clean. Italian diner was very good. Wine selection is excellent. Enthousiastic staff! One even sold us the buffet diner which we enjoyed!
The pillows were too soft for us. We only stayed 2 nights, so next time we bring our own pillows.

Very nice hotel for the family. Nice kids club, clean and with a lot of activities. Good breakfast. Spa is a little bit small for the size of the hotel.
We had to pay for the parking of the hotel and this is unexpected for the five star hotel in my opinion.

Gorgeous room, lovely view, friendly staff, excellent spa
Small issue but one point was a bit disappointing considering this is a hotel which caters to an international clientele: The hot chocolate (at breakfast and in the all day restaurant) should be made properly with fresh milk and hot chocolate powder or (even better) bits of chocolate. I know it’s a rarity to find fresh milk in hot drinks in Switzerland, but for instance a London hotel would one hundred percent have proper barista ingredients, and it would have rounded out the stay beautifully.

Awesome SPA, very good food and breakfast.
Booked the Alpine Suite for better privacy, staff decided to occupy the room next door with a 24/7 howling and barking little dog. Owners just left the dog in the room... Called the front desk twice to ask for help, no change. No apology upon checkout neither. Sad and Unacceptable.
