this is my 3rd time here and the hotel has had some refurbishment since my last visit. the staff are always welcoming and very kind, the food is amazing and the rooms are comfortable and you quickly feel like home. The hotel location is right in between the train station and the ski lifts so perfect for going up the mountain and they also have charging for electric cars

very poor gym, without towels and water. I was asked before arrival if I have any food allergy I mentioned gluten and lactose, however each day I had to ask separately to get bread which baking takes usually 10-15 minutes. no lactose free product on the buffet. when ordered omelette without cheese and milk I received one with cheese.

Very comfortable. excellent rooms and extremely attentive personnel. Ski shuttle to lift area was a perfect service

Sometime there was a smelly scent from outside or close by area. We don’t know where it comes from. Not all the time. Few times during our stay. It smells from outside wall.

The staff and the service were really exceptional - all of them! The hotel had a local but grand feel (a lot more interesting that the up market chains) the lounge areas and bars were great - they made the hotel feel more like a chalet when you came back from the skiing. Also loved the swimming pool and hot-tub!

Some of the facilities were showing there age and there was quite a bit of maintenance going on while we were there (our bathroom ceiling started leaking!). The lifts are tiny and very out-dated. However, the staff dealt with the problems very quickly and effectively.

Infrastructure, espciallty skiing lifts is quite modern apart from couple of exceptions.

Compared to other skiing resorts, especially on the Austrian side, the quality of food in slope restaurants is really poor. There is typically nothing else than fast food available, such as Pommes with sausages or schnitzel.

Breakfast was superb, live music playing whilst you are eating which made the whole experience memorable. Food was delicious and in abundance. Eggs benedict were cooked to perfection. Think one of the best breakfasts I had so far. Great indoor spa with hot jacuzzi in the terrace - perfect after skiing

The shower handle was a bit hard to operate as it was falling down and stopping the water flow

The location is perfect, less than 5mins walk to the Parsenn lift, across the road from Davos Train station and the hotel has a number of electric car chargers too! The rooms feel larger than stated, probably because of the large amounts of natural light and high ceilings. The staff are incredible at the hotel, anything you need they’re happy to help. The love violinist and pianist are amazing and really add to the vibe of the whole place. And the restaurant looks low key but the food is incredible and the Tiramisu is pretty special

Nothing it was great

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Rixos Fluela. Everything was perfect, the room was beautiful and spacious, the service friendly and professional; the spa was fantastic with a pool, outdoor jacuzzi and a selection of saunas. The bar served good drinks and had a nice selection of 'hot cocktails' which I find perfect for a winter evening but are normally not served anywhere else. The live piano music which accompanied both our evening and breakfast was absolutely amazing and an unexpected treat. I will definitely be back!
