Breakfast menu options were great. Food was delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

There was a small cockroach in the toilet.

The Room we rented for 3 days, 2 nights was so exceptional, like it has complemented us upon staying. the room was welcoming us and enticing us to live there like forever

- close proximity to power plant mall - not in congested area of the city - exclusive area - wonderful staff from security to front desk to housekeeping - great dining experience in their dining room

- some lighting fixtures were defective

Location was great, it was close to all the restaurants and bars. It's just across the road from Powerplant mall, theres access through the hotel basement for guests which takes you straight to the mall without having to go outside which was really convenient. The hotel also has a buggy which can be used to go restaurants nearby so you don't need to walk or take other transport. The staff were really friendly and helpful too.

Our room had a weird odor to it, it was like a really strong, unpleasant damp smell. We also had so many issues with our door access card which always failed to work. We had to go down to reception at least two times a day to have our access card reset which was really annoying especially when we were already upstairs and had to go all the way back down to reception just to get into our room. They would say it was fixed but the next day the card wouldn't work again, we stayed at the hotel 7 days so getting locked out multiple times a day was really inconvenient.

What I didn't like is that as a loyal customer I requested for shorter stay the day I checked in. I wish I didn't have to pay 1 night fine since I had to leave for singapore.
