hay un tema con la entrada al edificio , para abrir hay que tener datos de internet. el depto tiene wiffi pero no llega a la entrada. es un tema complicado

The best location for accommodation in Barcelona, everything digital and price/value was really good.

A bit worn down. slight smell when entering, just have to air it out a bit.

Perfect localization, near to Catalonia Square from where you can move whether you want in Barcelona. The bus from/to Airport is located 50 meters from the building. The apartment has almost all the amenities (washing machine, dry machine, dishwasher, fast wifi, coffee machine, etc.). In the building are located two elevators, the regular size and the small one for just 3 persons. Communication with the room service was perfect.

The apartment should have more shelves and hangers for clothes. The bed in the living room is not comfortable for sleeping.

Perfect location, 1min from metro, very good for shopping, close to sights.

Not for more then a few days, lacks in kitchen utensils, but if you're gonna eat out, it's perfect.

Easy to get in whenever we wanted. Didnt have to wait to meet anyone. Nice and big apartment.

There was no internal dead lock inside so we were nervous all night about someone else being able to unlock the door because of the online system. The hot water also ran out after 2 showers. But there were 5 of us so 2 had cold showers and 1 had to miss out completely. The curtain in the room with single beds doesn't block out the light properly so the sun ends up on your face quite early if your in the bed below the window. Needs a blind or another solution.

Of all my experience booking room on booking.com, this is my worst experience. When we first entered the apartment, the living room looked like it was not being cleaned. Rubbish was not cleared, beer bottles on table, sofa has cigarette holes in it, table is dirty and the toilet floor looked like it was not scrubbed for months! To our horror, we realised the automatic door lock was faulty and we realised travellers have been coming to stay in this property for free and left all the rubbish behind! We contacted the host and had to wait the whole morning for the repair man to come. After 1 hour of trying the host said the lock could not be fix and offered us another apartment which is much further from our central location. By then we were totally disgusted with the lack of cleaniness, lack of security and lack of integrity of this property. We took all our valuables with us and chained our luggages to furniture and hoped for our best that nobody will come into our apartment to take our things. We do not think this is what we have paid for and think this experience has caused so much stress to us and left a bad memory of Barcelona for us. We enjoyed Barcelona so much until this time. It is important that Booking.com look into this and do a check on this apartment and delist it from your website so other travellers will not suffer like we did.

the apartment was clean spacious and comfortable in the city centre.

the water in sink didn't go down and the doors hand was broken. also we were able to do check in only after 15.30, while check out must be done till 11.00 and no minute more, quite expensive price for just overnight stay. the entrance door to building isn't opening with the electronic key they send in the application so you have to always wait till someone will open it with the normal key.
