Location was good not to far from Las Ramblas and the main square. Restaurants are in abundance. Our room was lovely and clean and very welcoming, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay again.

En mis 50 anos viajando, el PEOR hotel. De tres estrellas creo muy apenas llegaría a 1. Fue el cuarto más pequeño, si es que se le puede llamar cuarto. El televisor no funcionaba cuando llegue y para eso no hay excusa. El desayuno más o menos, pero los huevos fueron empeorando con los días hasta que no se podían comer. El internet fatal, casi no pude conectarme, tuve que usar mi "hotspot" para poder hacer mi trabajo. No entiendo, como es posible que el cuarto se page por adelantado, te piden tu tarjeta de crédito para retenerla, y luego te meten un aumento sin decir nada. Eso para mi está claro que, en un robo, estafa, o un fraude. El escalón en el baño al no estar señalado es un peligro. Las paredes son tan finas que se escucha mucho ruido cuando la gente se mueve por el pasillo. Los precios son un abuso, no hay manera que por una noche te cobren 188 euros.

I booked this hotel for my parents' trip to Barcelona (57 & 67 years). They found the location perfect, so close to Placa de Catalunya, Las Ramblas, and many other important touristic spots. The breakfast was delicious. The room and the bathroom were clean and in order. They were happy with the choice.

They thought the room was smaller than what it looked in the picture. They were pretty impressed that they only got just one small soap bar for the entire stay. They would have appreciated it if the staff had added an extra soap bar when they came to clean the rooms.

The room was extremely small with only a tiny window. I had to exit my room every time it needed cleaning because there wasn’t enough space for two people to be there at the same time. There was no kettle in the room either. Cleaning was not up to par. The breakfast was extremely repetitive, very greasy. The coffee machines were awful, coffee was cold and not of good quality.

The hotel is actually two buildings and the room was in a different building than the reception. It was very difficult to get to the room, especially for my elderly parents who often got lost in the building (they had to change elevators and go up the stairs although they have trouble climbing the stairs). I found it annoying that this was not clearly communicated beforehand (otherwise I would not have booked here). I also paid more to get a nice room with a big balcony, but the view was far from "nice". it felt like sitting in the middle of an industrial jungle. The blanket was too short for the double bed and we had to ask for an extra one. I found the hotel overall overpriced.

I liked everything bar the size of my room. the staff were great, location was great, lovely bathroom, nice bar area, lovely breakfast.

I was in a single room and it was so small and so lacking in natural light that it was not pleasant. I also got bitten a number of times by a mosquito I believe was in the room. I did ask to move rooms but unfortunately the hotel was full.

We didn't want to come home. Could have stayed longer.
