The fact that there was no reception at the check-in hour. Also the response to some requests prior to arriving at the apartment were not answered.Roaches crawling at night from the bathroom. Air condition was a mess, since the remote didn't work as it should.

The location is very good, easy access to the airport with bus 425, short walk to the center or to the promenade along the sea. Balcony. Sponge, soap and tea towel provided. Easy parking

Furniture is functional but nothing more; one bulb missing; the lining of the curtains was torn; the aircon pulses hot air on the balcony so annoying when you sit there; in the bathroom, the rail to hang towels had been ripped and not replaced

it’s a very nice apartment and the most important thing is location and very safe neighbourhood. I really enjoyed staying at Pelides Apartment and the view from the balcony is amazing. Peaceful place and easy to travel anywhere you like. 3 mins walk from the seafront, so many great restaurants and shops around the apartment. Great place to stay.

Very good location. Good contact with owner. Spacious apartament, terrace with beautiful view.

Apartment was not clean. Bathroom was a bit filthy and smelly. All the dishes were very dirty, we had to wash them before using. Last night of our stay we found a cackroach on the floor.

The view is great. The location is great. 18 minute walk into Larnaca center and 3 or 4 minutes to the beach. The apartment is very good value for money and was clean with enough kitchen facilities for home cooking. A local shop is 1 minute away.

An umbrella for some shade on the balcony would be a good idea because it gets the sun all day and it would be nice to have some shade when sitting out on it.

Friendly and helpful host, super clean apartment, great view, everything (supermarket, restaurants, beaches, sea) is really close, easy to access from the airport. Highly recommended! :)

Amazing balcony view

Thanks for great staying in Larnaca. Everything was great. Especially, sea view from the balcony and sun rising in the morning.

A comfortable, everything included studio apartment with a balcony that has a great sea view.

The fridge is an old model and very loud, which can disturb your sleep if you are sensitive to sounds! The shower is a little weak.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, flexible, helpful and answered always promptly to our requests. Wonderful view over the Mediterranean.

The shower pressure was a bit too low (very common in Cyprus) and the toilet could have been working better (common as well).
