I can only echo all of the other positive reviews, Marion's property is outstanding. Very clean, well equipped, nearby free parking, some lovely Christmas touches around the apartment and the honesty bar / fridge freezer is really helpful. It's true that the stairs are quite something if you're the only adult carrying things up! But this did not detract from our stay. I've stayed more centrally in Köln before, and the public transport was not quite as efficient as I'd expect, but overall we were very pleased to stay here. Recommended.

It was clean. Location is close to the main transport line 3. Free parking near the house. Option to buy some food and drinks in the apartment.

Apartment was very cold when we came. Fourth floor without elevator is not very nice. Furniture is rather old, no smart tv. One set of keys.

Nothing . Maybe for older adults to know the apartment is 4 floors up and there is only a stairs. We knew this before hand and it was absolutely perfect for us .

We got everything we needed. We had everything, really everything in our apartment. Even a snack bar and a filled freezer

The Host Marion was so helpful and friendly with directions etc making sure we found the Apartment easily! The Apartment is beautiful and so clean it was a pleasure staying there! The Kitchen had every kind of Appliance big and small that anyone could ever need! The Fridge was even stocked with Beer's and drinks plus other Food if you were Hungry etc. Amazing place and super Host made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks again Marion!

We loved everything about this apartment (okay except maybe the 4 flights of stairs)! It was in an easy location to get to the S-Bahn(train) about 4.5 blocks away. (If you're going as a group buy group day passes at the Köln Hauptbahnhof for 13.20€ for up to 5 people traveling together, vs. 3€ per person one trip!) The apartment was super clean, and stocked with food and drinks which you could purchase for very reasonable prices. Marion could not have been nicer to us, and made very sure we were comfortable. All of the amenities for the price was a great travel value. We would most definitely stay here again if we revisit Köln!

The stairs were tough with luggage, and for my 91 year old father after a long day of sightseeing. Everything else was perfect!

It was a lovely apartment. Very comfortable, clean, warm and we were able to relax when there. It was great to find an apartment with a bath! The location wasn’t far from the train station & there was a lovely restaurant across the road and pizza/bakery in walking distance.

The apartment was on the fourth floor with no lift. We had a lot of luggage so it was a struggle but we only had to do it once. The rest of the time it was good exercise!

Marion the host was very helpful and gave good recommendations, the apartment is around 10 minutes into the old town and close to the convention centre. The rooms were spotless over all a great stay.

Liked it all, there are a few stairs to get to the apartment so not practical for those with a walking disability.
