No Hygiene, unwashed curtains with stains, WC not cleaned, not all lights working, electrical buttons damaged risk of electrical hazard. Inspite of family apartment and two guest only one towel provided. no lighting outside the main door passage and it made difficult locking the door.

The location excellent

The cleanliness and maintenance to the room and bathroom is not good.

Staff were so helpful especially the front officers and they let us to make check out at 2:30 pm

Outdated furniture and decor Check in was not professional , Experience can be compared to staying in a third world country , I stayed twice at this Hotel, surprisingly reception demanded a cash security deposit which is strange, i said i dont have cash she responded in a way which could be translated into "not my problem", i managed 100 Riyal Cash and i paid 100 via credit card, till this day i didnt receive this 100 Riyal back, upon inquiring i was told to check with my Bank My second stay i booked the hotel for 5 nights ( i was charged) then i reduced the stay to 4 nights, I never received the balance of 1 Night till today, i talked to the reception couple of times but no luck,

The shower room in 1102 when you open the door you cannot open it wide because the door is bumping on the toilet bowl.

The place was spacious

The place was not clean it was filthy The bathrooms was not washed and everything was sticky in the kitchen not clean and the bedsheets was not clean and place was smelling very bad

The apartment was so clean and up to standards. The cleaning staff are knocking my door every now and then to provide cleaning.

The room has smells aven after cleaning I think they need to use other cleaning materials They need to focus more in housekeeping quality

Excellent customer service. Mehboob is a v good house keeping supervisor. And all reception staff is v good.

By mistake they sent the demmaged iron.

Everything was perfect, really enjoyed our stay in Bahrain.
