ROOMS WERE VERY CLEANAND LINEN AND TOWELS CHANGED DURING THE WEEK. close to pool and good air conditioning. little mini market was handy.

Facilities excellent location great

Reception staff poor rude and when we had a problem with our room we where told to go away it is what it is and get on with, it made the rest of our stay very uncomfortable.Putting us on the third floor 6 flights of stairs with a pram and a 8 month old baby was not good enough with no lift when the ground floor apartment was empty while we stayed there .It was unfortunate that they had no interest or attempt to help us so won't be back .

Simple apartment with kitchenette. One big good pool and one cool children pool. Free parking, small shop on the territory. Amazing beach with restaurants across the road.

I did not expect much from an old hotel/residence, and had a lovely stay by the seaside as the proximity to Maria Pia beach was my main point. It is located next to the best beach of Alghero, short walk mostly in shade, so you don't feel the heat :) wind from the sea also brings fresh air Food was really good at hotel pool bar and restaurant, good cocktails and coffee Staff was very accomodating and helpful, very friendly Clean pools Quite large rooms of the apartment Good air conditioners (one in each room) Many beach bars located at the beach, so you don't really need to cook at the apartment

Nothing serious, just a few things to note for consideration: In 4 days it was cleaned once on the second day, looks like no cleaning service on weekends You need to bring your soap and shower gel (it would be nice to get these as welcome items given the hotel has nice ones)

Great location, close to Maria Pia beach. Swimming pool, playground and kitchen were great when staying with little one.

Hotel would need renovation, feels like it was build 30yrs ago and since then they didnt invest much to furniture or anything. Also kitchen is tiny and missing basic equipment for example we had only 3 glasses.

Perfect location. Very close to the beautiful and calm Maria Pia beach. Within a walking distance to city center of Alghero. The property has a little market available onsite, for those last minute buys, the big supermarket is about 25-min walk. Rooms are spacious and clean. We visited little off season, so there were not many guests around. Perfect for relaxed holiday.

The facilities in the kitchen could be improved. Simple things like paper towels or kitchen cleaning products, like a sponge, would be a great addition.

The property was clean and in excellent condition. The facilities were delightful (especially the pool). We couldn’t use the residence pool being out of order but no complains about it as we were given the possibility to use the hotel one which was very nice and clean.

Great location, a dedicated pool for residence, beach is across the street. Excellent air conditioner and friendly staff. Good choice of restaurants around. We had an excellent stay.

Hotel just accross the street from the beautiful beach, truth to be said: the pine forest is dirty with leftovers, rubbish but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Pool perfect and clean, umbrellas in sufficient number, pool bar excellent and lunch good value for money, very kind staff. Our kids enjoyed the playground (2 in the garden of the Hotel Oasis), beautiful palm trees and oleanders everywhere, well kept garden, tenis court, small supermarket to buy basics you need - water, equipment for the sea, suncream, basic pastry etc. The Residence and the apartman was the perfect choice for our family with small kids - enough space, kitchen for basic preparation of food and warming up (even microwave provided), sheets changed 1x during our stay, towels changed 2x, we were really happy with the place. The beach is beautiful, white sand, shallow water, perfect for the kids. We went to the old town by bus (in 5 minutes) and also on foot (some said 40 min, with kids 2 hours but well worth the visit of the town), had lovely dinner in restaurants in the town. We honestly recommend Alghero and Residence Oasis.

The location of Hotel Oasis is brilliant. 5 min walk to the nearest beach which is fantastic and about 45 min walk to Alghero old town. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment which has everything you need and is was quite spacious for 4 people.

The only downside with the mattresses which were very old and uncomfortable as you could feel the wire springs inside and they probably require changing. Otherwise everything was perfectly fine.
