The apartment was impeccably clean. The owners were very friendly and caring. The apartment was close to the bus stop that goes to the airport and to the beach. Everything was perfect. Will recommend it!

The only thing I missed was a microwave.

you have to pay for electricity if using Air-con!!!! it’s not acceptable. owner counting everything in the room like you going to stolen. you have to separate garbage in 5 different bins! cheep quality of everything

The host are realny great!The apartment is really spacious. There is everything you need. I travelled with my 3 friends. We spent there 5 amazing days. There are 2 supermarkets nearby and the bus stop to the beaches or the airport is round the corner. We definitely come back!Thanks a lot for your hospitality!

The apartment is newly renovated, stylishly designed, very clean and well taken care off. All comfort is there: AC in each room (while we did not even need to use it much, because of properly located windows fresh air was flowing all nights), equipped kitchen, nice terrace. Enjoyed our stay there a lot, will be back for sure. Thanks to our amazing hosts

The owners were really kind and helpful. We have rented bikes from them and rode to Fertilia. The apartment is quite large, well equiped, in good location really close to shops, bus stop, beach and nice walking distance to city center.

A perfect stay, it exceeded our expectations. The apartment has been recently refurbished and most of the furnitures and equipment are brand new. It’s very spacious and comfortable and it has a nice big terrace. It is equipped with aircon (extra fee), washing machine, hair dryer (powerful), oven.. The apartment is also very well located, better than it looks in the map. It’s 2 minutes walk from the beach, where you can find restaurants and bars, and 20 minutes walk from the city center. There are also 2 big markets 2 minutes away and bus stop (also to/from airport) is 1 minute away. Finally and the most important, Massimo and his wife were very friendly and kind, explained us everything and gave us tips for restaurants, transport and other useful things. They will always be there to help you. If we go back to Alghero we will book again with them!

Very friendly welcome. Clean and well equipped flat. Good location near beach.

Not to like but to note you need to pay for use of a/c. We paid about 11 euros for 3 nights worth of using overnight in the bedroom.

This apartment is in a really good place, near to the beach and there are a pretty good restaurants as well (I reccomend Enhorabona!). The old town is about 15 min. by walk so you can reach everything shortly. The hosts are really kind and helpful. The place is really clean and nice, everything looks new there.

I didn't know that we have to pay for the using of the A/C. It was cunsumption based and wasn't much although. I don't have a problem to pay for it but I didn't know it (maybe I didn't notice it on the ad, I don't know). But actually there is no disadvantages. : )
