Staff are very competent and the shop is stocked well. Not outrageously expensive.

The gravel road is not appreciated end and the facilities are not really wheelchair friendly.

I loved everything, just the bar no cognac and ended up getting whisky which did end well for me, I ended up at the hospital.

Beautiful place , lots of activities to do. The gravel road is a bit long. Next time, we will take a bakkie.

The activities were excellent, my kids loved it.

The rooms, and beds were so hard, my kids slept on sofas in the lounge. We didn't have a nice space to do braai. We tried to negotiate for swapping or changing the rooms but the reception ladies couldn't assist us or try harder for us to be comfortable. They promised to check for any cancellations or anything that could make us near everything, but nothing was done. We were ready to downgrade our rooms but still, we were not helped.

The facilities and entertainment for kids. Our rooms were clean and fresh.

The security guard kept coming to tell us we were making a noise, while there was noise coming from other units as well.

The entertainment area with pool was our saving grace with the children. This is a lovely chill area. Restaurant food was good but service was slow.

High volume units were very cold. Game drive : We had a driver who stopped for nothing. His knowledge of the bush was non existent. We had a group of VERY rowdy, loud people with us that was not conducive to a relaxed game drive!

All the resort's facilities, e ough entertainment for adults and kids, the game room soccer and basketball area, the big bouncy pillow and the jungle gym.

The cleaning ladies did not refill shower gel and toilet paper when they cleaned our chalet

Friendly and helpful staff, with nice facilities. The zipline was nice.

Restaurant- Considering that there are non-self cater rooms closing at 20:00 is ridiculous. Room- lots to improve actual mugs, not those little sips. Won't kill them to keep some cutlery to take with you when going for a braai and have a small microwave to heat up leftovers. There is no place to just sit outside by the rooms, in fact, there was an area with no table or chairs. It's so small if one uses the bathroom the place smells. Had to listen to someone snoring in another room every night, someone having sex, and people walking past being super loud. Shop- the shop is very limited no plastic cutlery I had to ask at the restaurant, no plastic cups, no yogurt, etc.

- main bedroom had a hole in the roof, slept with a cold draft for two days - bed side lamps, had to change with unused rooms as wasnt working - back door lock wasnt working just a latch - carpets were dirty, pillows and linen - broken kitchen counter by oven... unsafe to use - noisy neighbours despite policy of not allowing stags or similar functions... I discussed this matter with dikhololo managment and still no word back. I shared the photos with them as well. I want a refund!!!!!!!!!!!
