Confort and view is very nice!

Close to the beach Big balcony Quiet area Each room has AC (though it was no need to use it in this time of year) It was pretty well equipped.

The floor was very dirty. It was not cleaned at all.Full of dirt and a few dead bugs. Bottom of the furniture was covered in dust. When we told the cleaning lady, she insisted that the apartment was cleaned. When we showed her the pictures she sent a mop to our room. So basically we cleaned the floor ourselves. Microwave not working. A few missing or broken lightbulbs. The wallpaper in bad condition.

The location was brilliant, the beds great and the only thing missing in the kitchen was an electric kettle

Despite our best efforts to make arrangements with the host there was no one there to meet us and provide the key. It transpired the key was inside the door. We asked for a second key because we are friends travelling together but there was none. The day we left we thought we had made arrangements to leave our bags at the apartment block but became so concerned that no one would be there to let us in on our return we took the bags with us. It would not have taken a lot of effort to resolves these matters

Excellent location and general ambient.

Too minimalist style, small practical things are missing. For instance there is no hanging option for clothes or towels.

The location is amazing. The furniture is nice, bought sofa and bed very comfy for sleeping. We had all we needed in the kitchen and the apartment was clean. Love the fact is a shop on the first floor of the building

The apparent is very nice, but need improve the maintenance. One door of the shower was not closing, the coffee machine was leaking, one courtin in the bedroom was hanging out from the rails, no battery's for the air-conditioning and tv.

The view from the balcony was beautiful, the host was very nice.

The building's elevator wasn't working, but that isn't the host fault.
