The entire staff go out of their way to make the stay comfortable, the garden grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the spa is world class. Restaurant was very nice and most things we tried in the menu were fresh and delicious.

The noise around the hotel is absolute chaos, such a shame sometimes the beauty and tranquility of the hotel are disrupted by the loud music from adjacent restaurants and the aqua park. Lucky everything quiets down over night.

The pool and the spa facilities are great.

The rooms are so diferent in pictures than in reality. photos are clearly edited and the actual room looks bald and no so comfortable. Food is not bad but neither is tasty.

I got a un free upgrade to an Apartment the room are big bathrooms full equipped and the view is stunning. Free parking and a huge garden in the back area. Breakfast was fabulous.

Hotel guests should have free Spa access.

Super hotel, great location. Staff very friendly and efficient. Fabulous view from our 11th floor room. Very good breakfast.

Went to the spa for a massage, but sadly it was probably the least pleasant massage I’ve ever had.

Location and view are both very nice

The hotel is old, needs a serious renovation. Bathrooms are old style, only one elevator was working, ventilation inside the room can't be stopped and during the night the noise produced was disturbing.

The Hotel has great views from the rooms. Parking was free, clean room, big bath, excellent bed. Breakfast was good with omelet prepared by the chief in front of view. Friendly staff at the reception.

The balcony is tight and it does not give the feeling of a 4 star hotel.

Fabulous views from 11th floor :) Great for a quick 1-2 days gateway or for long 1-2 week stays including treatment at the local health and spa. Things you can do around the property will vary, depending on the time of the year you visit.

no air conditioning in August and 34 degrees outside. the sun is all over the room since sunset untill 6 p.m. so it was hell! there is no excuse for that! dirty bathroom! small balcony! it is far from the beach! worst holliday ever! way too overpriced. cheap matresses in the pool. cofee from a machine.

Very few things!!!! The grounds of the hotel, including the pool area are lovely and well kept. The staff at the pool was prompt and courteous. The mud treatment was a lovely experience in of itself excepting the admonishing from the staff for dirtying the floor (this was a MUD treatment!!!!) The staff from the reception was polite and courteous and tried to assist with the issues I raised. Unfortunately, the problems are too deep and too many for them to handle.

This was one of the worst experiences I had in a hotel. We checked in and were given a 10th floor room. More like a sauna, than a room. The temperature was unbearable so I asked for assistance from reception. A gentleman by the name Lucian really went out of his way to help. Gave us a first floor upgraded room where the temperature seemed more bearable. The bathroom seemed remodeled, the furniture old and outdated. Curtains with holes in them. The large terrace was unfortunately filthy, dried up drops of blood on the floor, the two chaiselongs full of dirt and spider webs, and faded mattresses I could not bring myself to sit on. At night unfortunately the air conditioning went off!!! And the staff told us that at night the air conditioning is set to sleep mode!!! Needless to stay my 9 year old children and I had a most uncomfortable sleep. We measured the temperature in the room and it was 26.2. Although there is a thermostat in the room, it is strictly for show. The staff confirmed that the air conditioning is controlled by the central unit of the hotel. Room cleaning was perfunctory. I had two used coffee cups the whole 4 days we stayed. They were never picked up. No dusting, no vacuuming. Sheets were never changed. The restaurant has a nice position onto the garden. We ate on the terrace of the restaurant Unfortunately, the staff here with very few exceptions, has no clue what to do. The floor of the terrace was dirty, the tables which in the morning had no tablecloths just some mats which were being passed around from table to table (without being cleaned) were filthy every time we sat. On several occasions when I asked them to clean the surface, the waiters came with One dry paper napkin and basically just wiped the crumbs off. Most tables had not salt and pepper shakers, no salad accoutrements, I had to keep on getting up to get various things.
