The apartments were poorly cleaned; there was small debris and tufts of other people's hair on the floor. The manager promised to send cleaning staff during the day, but he never came. Dirt stuck to the socks. 2. The apartments are VERY cold; the thermostats show a temperature comparable to the temperature outside. The manager said that it takes time, but for three days, the apartment did not warm up. You need to wear shoes and a sweater. 3. Bathrooms, in particular toilets, are not washed. The sinks are clogged, and the water does not drain well. 4. Cutlery and glasses are dirty or at least washed very poorly. Apartment managers should pay attention to the quality of cleaning. 5. the welcome kit is scarce - one 30ml shampoo per person. Count only on your own. 6. feedback and prompt response to situations leave much to be desired. 7. the kettle didn't work. Apparently, for a long time, but no one has taken any action. 8. Household equipment is scattered throughout the apartments. Of the pros - a beautiful entrance and location, and that's it.

Balcony needs cleaning, and chairs were broken. This was disappointing as it would have been nice to have breakfast outside together. Kettle was broken. Shower in bed 2 needs upgrading to overhead. It would have been nice to have a small welcome pack on arrival - milk, water. We arrived later so shop underneath closed.
