This home was incredible! The location was close to town and had an incredible water view.
The interior was beautifully designed and the layout worked perfectly for our family. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed too!
Instructions on accessing the home were easy to understand and communication was quick and easy.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat! My sister and I both mentioned we liked Eastsound better than Friday Harbor because of this house!

The property is beautiful! It was very clean and the cabin was spacious though homey! You can squeeze 3 cars in the parking area, nearby parking for more cars if needed. Its a 5min drive to downtown eastsound which has plenty of things to explore, 20min from the Ferry, and 30min from Mt Constitution summit viewpoint.
The communication with the host was fast and easy. There are plenty of board games and puzzles at the home. The bathrooms are very clean, and toiletries were lavender scented! The little details set this cabin apart! 100% would recommend.

You can’t beat the location of this gorgeous home. The separate downstairs suite was perfect for our needs as we had an infant who stills wakes in the middle of the night. Decorated beautifully and very comfortable beds!

This is a lovely place, well-designed and cared for, pleasantly decorated, full of amenities, and generally enjoyable to be in. It is larger in real life than I anticipated from the photos. The two apartments, which connect easily by an interior stair but can also be separated by closing a door at the top and/or a door at the bottom, were quite convenient for our family, which has two teenagers. The outdoor spaces, the garden in particular, are beautiful. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the town of Eastsound, which is itself quite pleasant. I would highly recommend this property for those visiting Orcas Island.

The house is beautiful and spacious. The balcony, patio, and gardens are gorgeous. The hot tub was a wonderful touch and so fun in the cool evening air, with a a gorgeous sunset. Nicole has thought of everything in provisions and creating a cozy atmosphere. We loved our time there!!

Great house in a good location! However, it should be made more clear that the master bedroom of the main unit in this "duplex" is upstairs by itself without a bathroom. (The Master bedroom bathroom is downstairs next to the kitchen and entry that is a bit inconvenient and unusual.)

I cannot say enough good things about Bramble Cottage. We had a simply amazing vacation staying in this home and it is, quite candidly, one of the nicest VRBO homes we have rented over the years. It is beautiful, immaculate, incredibly well appointed, located close to the center of town, and its owner, Nicole, lovely and responsive. From our morning breakfasts on the balcony…to our lovely afternoons relaxing in the hot tub…to our evening glasses of wine sitting around the firepit…to our nighttime family board games or simply curling up with a good book…we could have not asked for more. This was the perfect house for our annual trip to the San Juan Islands and we were not only sad to leave, but sorry we hadn’t booked it for a longer period of time. We will be back again next summer and extend our stay, knowing full well how fabulous this house is. With that said, thank you Nicole for making this house so special and for sharing it with us.

My family of four LOVED this house! It is perfectly clean, organized, comfortable, and has higher end everything. The downstairs was a perfect space for our two young(ish) girls. The upstairs bedroom was spacious, cool, and comfortable. The main floor was beautifully lit, spacious, and totally relaxing, especially the nook area with the bed. We had a water view and everything was quiet. The main road is below but we barely noticed it. The road leading up to the house is no joke but it's great exercise when walking back from town. Overall, this was an awesome find!

We so enjoyed our week on Orcas Island. Traveling with two teens, this house gave us plenty of space and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck and in the beautiful garden below. We hope to get back!

Perfect Girls Trip Getaway
We absolutely adored this vacation property! Communication on ferry details and directions to the property were sent well in advance. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and upon arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates. There were 5 of us ladies and the house fit everyone perfectly, plenty of room and beds to be comfortable. Aside from a clean house with all the amenities, there were so many little touches everywhere you look. Soft linens, nice towels, lotions, soaps, just the little things that set this property apart from other rentals is what makes a difference. Nicole was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond for us. The hot tub was not working when we arrived and one call to Nicole and not only was it fixed within hours but she also had a gift card to their local (amazing) bakery delivered. Overall, we just really enjoyed this home, the location, all of it! Thanks for a great stay Nicole!

This one will be hard to top.
Thanksgiving week here was a dream. The house was amazing - the little (and big!) touches throughout made it the most memorable rental ever! Nicole has thought of everything - and I mean Every. Thing. to make a stay comfortable and provide anything you could ever need. That includes a fully-stocked kitchen where we were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner with no problems.
The hot tub - amazing - and the garden out back - first class.
We can’t wait to come back and are recommending it to friends and family.

Most amazing property
My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights, and were so sad to leave! We have been all over the world and this place was like a slice of heaven. Everything was top of the line from the silverware to the bedsheets. It was everything we had hoped for and more! I woukd recommend this place to anyone visiting orcas. We will be back! My husband and I call this " our special place." Thanks so much Nicole for being a gracious host.

Fall Visit
We had an amazing stay! One of the guests said, "These towels have literally never been used." Everything was of the highest quality. We had more than enough room and were quite comfortable with five adults. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you want a beautiful home within walking distance of downtown.

The house is gorgeous and well-maintained. So many thoughtful details throughout the house... it felt like staying with friends! Such a wonderfully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great shower... I have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone! You'll love it.

Bramble Seaview Cottage
The Bramble Cottage is darling and well equipped! Comfy beds, lovely furnishings, great kitchen and everything you could possibly need is there. We rented the upstairs and the downstairs. Very close to town and not far from the Ferry. Nicole was so great to work with, she is very prompt in her communication. We will definitely come back and will reccomend the Bramble Cottage to friends and family.

Clean, well appointed, lovely property
Clean, well maintained house very close to downtown Eastsound. Loved all of the details - towels available for the hot tub and beach, washer/dryer with detergent, well stocked kitchen with extra condiments and dry goods/spices., comfy beds and fluffy bath towels, and a strong wi-fi signal.
The driveway to get to the property is quite steep but passable without needing a special vehicle. Neighborhood was very quiet, except for street noise nearby, but the house is well constructed so we didn't hear it.

Perfect Orcas Rental
A perfectly organized new home that has a wonderful combination of close proximity to town, yet elevated for beautiful views of the harbor and splendidly designed house with separate levels for both bedrooms so everyone has their own space. Kitchen is very well stocked. Wish all rentals were this well designed!

We love this property so much, we came back and brought more family (and rented the whole house instead of just the lower suite)! Amazingly well appointed kitchens, gorgeous outdoor and indoor spaces. Walkable to everything in town and a lovely view. We will be back!

Bramble Cottage
Very pleased. The view was great, the gardens beautiful, the house was well stocked with things amenities. 1 person is allergic to lavender so the lovely bathroom supplies didn’t work for her. Everything in the house is so well thought out. Lots of storage so we didn’t feel like we were living in a dorm with 8 people.

What a wonderful stay we had. The cottage is so comfy and cozy, just perfect for the two of us. The décor and furniture were attractive and so comfortable. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked, as was the bathroom. And the view! We would not hesitate to recommend the cottage, the village or the island. All fantastic!

Wonderful little cottage
I spent 10 wonderful days at the Bramble Seaview cottage and enjoying Orcas Island and the surrounding San Juans. The cottage was very clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen was great and had everything you could want. The sleeping loft was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I felt very at home there. The proximity to Eastsound made it easy to walk into town for breakfast, the farmer's market, ice cream or some last minute food items. I really enjoyed my stay. There's so much to do on Orcas and the surrounding islands you will not be bored. I loved the relaxed, friendly easy going atmosphere on the island as well.

Great little cottage close to town
The cottage is a cozy, open loft-style place that is very close to Eastsound but also fairly private away from the arterial. There were plenty of towels and blankets, the fridge and cabinets had spices and seasoning, and things seemed well-stocked. The only downside is that the walk to town is a bit awkward; you're just on the side of the road while cars fly by, though this is probably common everywhere in Orcas

Beautiful Spot
Loved this place! Owner obviously takes pride in offering a beautiful space for people to enjoy themselves. Everything was comfy and cozy, well-decorated, and spacious for my husband and I. Close enough to main village and all the restaurants and shops. Easy check-in and check-out process. Highly recommend this spot.

Great place!
Only complaint about our stay is we couldn't stay longer! We stayed here after our Orcas Island Wedding and it was very cute and comfortable. Since we just stayed one night we didn't get to use much but the kitchen looked like it has everything we would need and the house was decorated very nice. The deck was nice for star gazing at night. We also appreciated being allowed a late check out and would definitely stay again. The bedroom gets a lot of light in the morning from the upstairs window- but I'm also used to black out curtains. ;)
