It will be better if the hotel management upgrades their business 101 skill on building up their clients loyalty and apply it. They are simply too petty and fail to create WOW factors with a delightful client experiences. I had to move to lower floor when it was already 9pm, beat and tired from whole day trip, due to a faulty toilet bidet mechanism and the dark corridor lighting.. The only avail room on the same floor is of the next higher standard, that require client to top-up TWD 1000 more It is worth to note that I paid (IN advance) already higher $$ than the day published room rate of the avail higher standard room. How the staff treat the hotel clients is an honest reflection of how the hotel management treat their staff. I praise the hard work of the staff, that attended to me, as he was professional but he has his limit Will I be back? May be NO :)

location and hot spring in the room. the roof swimming pool and hot spring pool is really nice. but better not come in raining day. staffs are friendly and nice.

Breakfast eating area is too narrow to pass through to take food. we don’t have luck, on the next day when we stayed, the hot water pipe was broken. and we can not use hot water for showering. the staff said probably around 9:30am will re-offer hot water, but actually not. I know the hotel also doesn’t want to have this embarrassing situation, but its happened, then the hotel supposes to compensate for every customers who live in this date, not customers have to ask for it. if there is no this situation to happen, then everything is fine.

love the public hot spring at the rooftop. great view and not too busy . Rooms were very clean and comfortable .

bed was just ok. not super comfortable but it was fine . breakfast was very mediocre .

Room is very nice and spacious and so is the private onsen area on the balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Good breakfast with various options, Japanese style breakfast or traditional Taiwan breakfast, continental break, etc. The room is also comfortable. And my favorite is enjoying hotspring in the room. Perfect!

in my personal opinion, I don’t recommend this hotel on busy weekends for couples… - parking is not at the hotel, you have to go to a different public parking building. - swimming pool area is small and crowded with families with kids so we couldn’t enjoy it at all. - only 2 elevators that take forever every time. - breakfast not a big deal. for me, the price is not justified.

Great pool, breakfast was lovely. Free wine during happy hour was amazing.

we can use the facilities of just sleep! it was perfect!

One of the rooms we booked had water leaks from above, we called the front desk and was handled immediately.

The facility is old and the hot spring tub is shabby. During the checkout process, my family member was making a complain/suggestion, but the staff did not answer anything at the moment and continued to type and do some searching in her drawers and then finally, got out a crappy small souvenir and gave it to my family member and apologize for the experience.
