Very spacious and well-resourced apartment, comfortable to come back to every day, which is the point of renting an apartment in the first place. Good location for Old Town, for shops, restaurants and sight-seeing. Host promptly provided more towels and bedding when requested, as we didn't receive enough for a week's stay at the start. Secure parking off the street if you need it. Cafe and bakery just outside. Good sound proofing and quiet air conditioning.

Very steep staircase inside the apartment with no handrail is difficult with luggage. Also, the shower had a sulphurous smell when you began to run it, though this may be the drains in Vilnius generally.

Just the location, but nothing else

The apartment was dirty. We were 5 people, one slept in the couch, it was extremely uncomfortable. The carpet was covering everywhere and it was full of dust and not clean. Even in the bathroom was a carpet. Kitchen instruments were not adequate. The stairs were also really steep. We couldn’t reach the owner, he just sent a warning about check out time but didn’t answer any of the questions we asked via Booking.com or whatsapp. It was impossible to reach him by phone and text, but after we left, he sent messages asking for the keys, even though we put the keys where we got them from, and he continued to ask about them anyway. It was rude because he didn’t answer our questions. I would recommend no one to stay here, even for a night!!!

Perfect location, apartman is in the city center. Very comfortable. It is on the top floor in the building without the lift. Nice view from the windows although, be prepared for stairs.

This is a very nice well located place. Walking distance to the most important places to see, but still quiet and comfortable. Parking included which is important there. Kitchen fully equiped. Clean sheet and towels.

Overall the place was clean, but bathroom needs some additional attention. We didnt know what to do with trash. When you stay longer, especially with the kids, you have a lot 😱.

Everything was ok, nice and clean apartment, location, easy check-in/out, so many restaurants near to apartment.

Staff’s communication was poor: asked for a chance to do a late checkout and possibility for storing luggage because late flight. No responsd, just silence.

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom.

host was one of the rudest people we have met. neighbours were also rude, made us re-park the car after drinking alcohol, when denied called the host and threatened us with police. host has been bothering us in the middle of the night coming to us and insulting us. place is amazing, host is horrible. gate key don’t work, when called host at 7:30am to ask to open gates he was very rude again saying that we have the key. upon check out we couldn’t get the key box open, host didn’t even bother to answer the phone. if you will not meet the awful host by person the stay will be pleasant.
