We had a fantastic 14 day stay at this guest house. The family and staff are all lovely and we felt like we were at home. There were a variety of options for breakfast each day and the rooms were kept exceptionally clean. There was always hot water and wifi and the guest house is in a great location. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Goa as other rooms that we looked at within the same price range just did not compare. Brilliant value for money.

This was really simple and good place to stay, if you are coming to Goa for peace of mind. Walkable from Baga beach, staff were really friendly, if you are a dog lover here you 3 super dogs.

Very nice staff, yummy breakfast, and a nice garden, very calm, and the dogs are very friendly, I liked everything about them. Good service and keep it up guys.

Almost everything was nice and location was also great near to Baga beach which is a prime spot.
Wifi connection was bad inside the rooms and always had to sit outside in heat while working which was a big con.
Breakfast could have been better.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean specially bathroom. The location was superb many restaurants and Tito's lane was close by. The property is surrounded by greenery which was awesome.

Wonderful stay ... atmosphere of house was very nice ..breakfast specially bread omlette ....was too tasty...nd finally if u r a dog lover there is a surprise for u....I njoyed a lot with Pavan❤️❤️❤️

Really close to baga neach that u can just walk, Really great Vibe & 3 Really friendly dogs who loved us a lot.
For AC rooms they didn't provide Thick blankets and provided thin ones which didn't work much.

check out timings as it’s too early . the property owner was very rude at the time of check out as we got delayed by 1hour

it was right next to the beach (6 min walk). I loved the 3 dogs in the house. breakfast was very delicious - a freshly made omelette each day! the lady in charge was so lovely and chatted with us each morning.
