Great price value ratio. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. All very clean. Extremely friendly owners. Toys, towels and parasols for the beach. The grill on the roof top terrace. Great view from the roof. Coffee machine in the kitchen and a lot of things for cooking as well. The garage so you don't have to get in a hot car.

No air conditioning in the living room and the kitchen (it's only in the bedrooms). The wifi is a bit weaker in one of the bedrooms.

The house is spacious, perfect for a big family like ours. the terrace is really nice, we loved having breakfast together in the mornings and even had a barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. The hosts are very helpful and the communication was very good.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with living room and kitchen. We were provided with a huge welcome pack inclusing drinks, choclates, etc. The owner was easily accessible áll the time we were there. Absolutely recommended.

We were generally happy with everything. The only thing would be helpful to provide a bit of washing detergent so we dont have to buy a full pack for 1-2 washing programs. Thats it really

The apartment is very spacious with a big terrace. Owner was so nice and helpful and prepared so many things for us. The place it’s so quiet.

Lismely and Joel are amazing hosts! From the moment of arriving to the apartment to our last day of stay there we always were feeling their support and readiness to help. The apartment is located in the area where only locals are living and it's very calm and there is no annoying noice at any time of the day. The terrace on the roof of the building is also a cool place to enjoy the scenery. We had a really lovely time there and if we have a chance to come back to Tenerife again, Lismely's and Joel's house would be the first option to stay.

Garage drive-in is somehow narrow as well as the underground garage itself so you need to pay an extra attention when maneuvering there.

Good location for cycling. Had an underground car-park for the car & bikes Owner really helpful, & let us stay last day until we needed to go to the airport Central for the town Terrace is very nice with sea views. Sea views from main rooms Enough utensils in the kitchen to be able to eat in. 3 good bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Washing machine works a treat

Property is on a very narrow one way road. Really steep getting in & out! Granadilla doesnt have a huge choice of nice restaurants from what we could see. However, enough kit to be able to cook yourself if you wish. The height of the town does mean its a few degrees colder than if you stay on the sunny coast
