Nice boutique hotel with very nice staff

Very nice, clean and comfortably located close to Vouliagmeni coffe shops and restaurants

nice receptionist, neat and clean room and good soundproof system.

We’ve booked a deluxe suite partial sea view. Maybe it was a partial sea view ten years ago. but unfortunately, trees have been grown, and you cannot see a sea at all. we’ve stayed five nights. and whenever I park my car in the evening, they asked me whether I stay in this hotel. please write the plate number of your guest somewhere. everyday a different guy came and asked the same question. note that there are around ten parking spaces, which is not large. I don’t want to blame the chef in your restaurant. but honestly, most of the food was not that tasty for us. note that we tried a lunch at first and tried various menu in the breakfast. mostly sweet stuffs were great. so we used to come out and have lunch and dinner somewhere else.

We had an amazing view on the rooftop, had our breakfast there, was like heaven!

Cosy and ambient atmosphere, with taste. Special thanks to the lady at the reception at night that accommodated our last minute request for stay. Would recommend this wonderful place to stay in the southern suburbs of Athens.

Interesting building design and layout, great welcome, attractive decor and seating areas, excellent breakfast and breakfast staff. Easy parking.

A minor negative point - the green escape route light shone into the sleeping area.
