Location, air conditioning excellent, there was always a parking space. Fast internet. The host is excellent

the property manager was SUPER nice, he contacted me before i travelled to see if there was anything i needed. during the arrival he was great (even though it was very early). he let me in early and showed me around. during my stay he kept checking in to see it i needed anything. and upon departure was very accomodating with transportation and timing letting me keep my bad stored and even let me have a shower after check out (really nice because it was so hot). i think in the 20y of travelling he was the best most hospitable host i have EVER encountered.

We had an amazing time at Greg's apartment. The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect! It is located in a very beautiful area with amazing beaches within walking distance. Our favorite was Zen beach! Just a 4-minute walk from the property. Lake Vouliagmeni was also worth a visit. Lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Also, a short drive from Athen's city center. We highly recommend Greg's place! Greg was a great host and very helpful throughout our stay!

Gregory provided us a warm welcome and has been extremely helpful during our entire stay. He is a fantastic host.
The apartment was very clean, superbly located with the beach and restaurants close by.
Unluckily our first night was a bit noisy
But the remaining nights were all good !

super comfortable apartment, fully equipped - bathroom with many accessories, which is not standard in such places. Plenty of towels, beverages like coffee/tea, lots of amenities. beautiful terrace, great spot! :)

The Host is great. Good and nice people. Beach is very close and apartman is nice and clean. One of the best position in Vouligmeni. I fully recommend

The apartment is in close proximity to all the hot spots: beaches, restaurants, seashore. Located in well maintained gated condominium. Inside there is everything- washing machine, jacuzzi, separate bedroom, living room. Large balcony with the garden view. The owners are really caring: from first contact till the last : helped to call a taxi for departure, advised on a good restaurants, even presented a bottle of wine and fruits as a compliment.
Will definitely stay again at a next opportunity!
