I liked how central it was

It wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t the worst

Good location and great place if you like to hang out in the lobby with other backpackers. Lobby is quite small but usually very busy with people hanging out and making new connections. I think this was the best part about this place.

There are no stairs and elevator is your only option. Kitchen is super small and lack sharp knifes. Room was quite okay but the first floor beds are too low and it is not possible to sit straight in the bed, so basically you are forced either to lay or sit on the floor. :D Shared bathroom could be cleaner.

I had a private room for 3 nights on the top floor and it was perfect. Clean and comfy with a small balcony. There were 2 toilets and 2 showers on this floor which was plenty and these were clean with soap dispenser and paper towels well stocked. The staff were really friendly and helpful too, even when i saw one staff member washing pots and tidying the kitchen because guests hadn't bothered. I'd definitely stay again

loud snoring from the guy drunk on the other bunk woke me up and was so loud could not get back to sleep.

Staff, lifts were easy to use, comfy bed

Not fully cleaned room, air con was freezing, could hear neighbour room, blinds are so dirty, and the room was not dusted.

The location in really great, in the very city centre. it’s also close to the Skydrive bus that is direct to the airport.

The whole building looks really old, facilities would need renovation, the rooms are moisty and smell of mold… only one shower for 4 rooms. No lockers in the dorms. I’d only recommend this hostel because it’s cheap and well located.

The state of the kitchen

Had luggage storage - but anyone could access it, good central location.

Plugs weren't available for each bed so had to leave things charging on the opposite side of the room. Bunk beds aren't high enough to sit up in so can hit your head. No lockers in the room.

It was quiet

Everything was scruffy broken and old, the room though a double only had 1plastic chair a bench/shelf by door & a tiny bedside cabinet. The ceiling cracked and stained

The location was ideal, it was close to town. The room I had was a small room with two single beds. It was a little small but comfortable. The facilities are enough with a common kitchen and a place to cook. Laundry was available too!

It's slightly chilly in the room when we stayed there (but there was a storm brewing out there). So I'm not sure if the room would be too cold during the winters.

Dirty, there were bugs in my room, mouldy bathroom, dust everywhere, the AC didn't work in my room either so it was hot and just generally quite gross but it's cheap so you get what you pay for I guess (My room was 7C)

The location was brilliant

The ads are very misleading. The rooms lacked any sign of comfort, mould on the window. A shower curtain up on the window in the dorm room.. I liken the room to a jail cell. The bathroom and toilets are in desperate need of a make over. The whole place needs a bloody good scrub, inside and out. The redeeming feature...laundered bedding.
