Very nice property that is close to mountain base. Short uphill walk to lifts. Easy walk to Main St area. Well stocked kitchen. Nice showers and COMFORTABLE BEDS!

Really nice condo in a great location. Building looks a little rough from the exterior but once you are inside this nice condo, who cares. Very short walk 2 blocks up the hill to the base lifts. Walking distance to the Main Street shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect, and the layout of the apartment was lovely. The person we communicated with was very responsive and helpful. The bus stop was right outside the apartment, and we were only a 10-minute walk from Main Street. That said, the stay was more stressful than relaxing because of maintenance issues. 1. The outside keypad to access the garage didn't work. 2. Neither fireplace was usable. One was under inspection, and the other we had maintenance come to fix, but the pilot light automatically went out, which is not safe, so we couldn't use it. And most stressfully, 3. We didn't have access to our car for 1/2 of the trip because our driveway wasn't properly plowed & we were blocked in. When we complained that we were blocked in by a snowdrift, the person plowed 1/2 the garage. Then, when we complained again, they still left 1/4 of the garage blocked in. I requested (and got) a shovel, but I was not expecting to have to shovel my way out while on vacation. Other maintenance issues were small--peeling paint, chipped dishes, stained blankets, window shades in disrepair, which would not render this apartment a "5-star" experience.

What a nice condo! Great layout with plenty of room to feel comfortable, but cozy as well. This condo had a great location within walking distance to Park City Ski Resort and the historic downtown. I love the free fun programs that you can pick from. The condo was stocked with everything you need. The customer service is very responsive to any questions. I'd stay here again!

This place was great for a large group! We had an awesome stay in Park City. After skiing having the hot tub and fireplace to warm up made all the difference. Host was clear with communication and easy to connect with throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

Condo was immaculate and easily accommodated our party of 8 with 4 adults and children ranging from 5-18. Kitchen had everything you need, except perhaps a salad spinner. Very short walk across parking lot to main Park City Mountain village and lifts. Hot tub, foosball and ping pong were a hit; just downstairs. Garage and ski storage with a room for ski tuning and waxing. ITrip service very efficient. Needed a refill on propane for the grill on the balcony; delivered promptly.

Great condo! Very clean and well stocked - especially for cooking! Excellent location - one block away from Park City mountain, close to Fresh Markey (grocery store) and bus stop. Hill was steep to climb in the mornings, so we took the bus and walked home at the end of the day. Buses were great and so easy to use to get around to mountains, restaurants, etc.

We had a fantastic stay for our family of 4 (the condo can easy fit 2 families). The condo had one of the most well equipped kitchens...which was great because we like to stay out all day and cook dinner in the evenings! The garage is super helpful for coming and going!
The iTrip team text us leading up to our stay and checked in during our stay. They even helped us with a car recommendation when we had issues with our rental car when we got to the airport (which we did not ended up getting per their recommendation; we choose Uber but their are shuttle services)! You really can walk everywhere you may need...to Fresh Market, Walgreens, Starbucks and to Main Street. Everything is right there! We did walk to the grocery and Uber back for our initial stock up!
I read all of the reviews prior to leaving and found helpful tips for picking up the shuttles and storing our skis at the ski valet at the base of the mountain! Thank you for making this such an easy trip! We will be back.

Great property, great location. The unit is updated, kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy. The garage was big enough to hold our Toyota 4runner, a major bonus since street parking isn't available. We would definitely rent here again!

Great stay on the mountain.
We had a great time here overall. The place was really roomy for my family of 8. The kids really enjoyed the heater in the bathroom. It’s unfortunate the master bathrooms didn’t work, I didn’t even know the master bathroom had one until 4 days in. It just didn’t work. Nor did the fireplace inside the master room which made some nights a little frustrating relying on the living room fireplace to heat throughout.
When we Reached out to management About the fireplace we were just told that we couldn’t use it. We weren’t offered anything for the inconvenience which is a little disheartening and surprising being we paid a fair price for the place.
Overall, we would stay again just going forward to make sure everything will work inside the home that is listed as such.

Great Ski Getaway
Booked this location for a week long ski trip. Check in was easy, property clean and very well maintained. Plenty of space to cook, have dinners, and relax after a busy day. First floor garage and storage unit for skis/boards was a great bonus since this is a third floor unit. Unit is easily within walking distance from some main lifts on the mountain and within a block of the bus to get to Main Street for shopping and dinner!

Very well equipped kitchen. 5 minute walk to the resort center and walkable distance to Main St. But, we took the bus in front of the library to shorten our walk. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and responded very quickly to the questions. One thing to be aware is that there is no elevator in the building. So be prepared to carry the luggages up 4 flights of stairs. We kept our skis in the garage. So not a big issue for us. Overall, very pleasant stay and will be back again.

Comfortable and great location
We had six guys for a ski trip so it was tough finding an affordable option close to the base. This unit worked great. We cooked all our breakfasts and one great dinner and had plenty of space to spread out. Easy walk to the lifts and town. Uncomfortable pull out couch, but aren’t they all?
