Velké postele.
Majitel nebyl vůbec přívětivý. Navíc v celém objektu nefungovala
wi-fi, kterou syn nutně potřeboval ke své práci. Majitel neprojevil žádnou ochotu situaci řešit.

we were charged twice for the 2 night stay, when we call the properly the owner was very rude and just hang up on us. Booking,com also didn't help at all, they throw the problem around. we spend a week contact Booking.com. the property manager etc, and finally need to call the bank, the owner refunded our money but did it for 2 transitions ( we have to ask for the second one), never heard an apologies. definitely won't go again.

All of sheets were dirty and smelling bad, the towels were dirty and lousy, the bathroom was dirthy

The property was well kept, updated facilities & very tidy. The staff where very friendly and helpful.
Very minor but there was no conditioner in the shower, just shampoo. Outside of this pie stay was faultless.

the room was very nice, new & comfortable
the road noise was quite loud however we are used to living out of town so perhaps won’t bother others. booking.com approved our late checkin 3 days prior to arrival but it appeared the owner wasn’t aware of it & we woke him up which we felt terrible!

staff were amazing. we were there unexpectedly due to a flooding event which meant that we had no idea how long we would need to stay and the owner was exceptionally understanding and supportive.

Due to flash flooding and storms we got stranded in Proserpine for 5 days with no accomodation. John and Julie at Reef Gardens Motel found us a room and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. They provided us with clean towels every day of our stay and nothing we asked was too much. They cleaned our room consistently and offered to drive us to the local supermarket so we could stock up on some food until the weather had cleared and the airport was back up and running. Thank you both for looking after the 3 of us during this tricky time!

the owners (John and Julie) were so welcoming, honest and friendly, they even made sure that the room was cleaned every day and stocked.
they will talk to us every day of our time we were there which made us welcome and will come back again.
we will definitely come back again.

The property was a lot better than I expected from external view. Comfortable refreshed rooms at a good rate. Great location for my work requirements.
