A gem. Clean, modern, enormous clean apartments, inexpensive but quick room service (which i didnt expect because we had an apartment) wondeful rooftop pool and they supplied towels, staff excellent and away from the main touristy area which i like, but still in a nice part of town. Highly recommended. Super for family with kids as there is space for them in the apartment.

Great apartment and it has everything you need.

There was construction next door so during the day it was a bit noisy staying on a lower floor.

Location, size of room. Ambiance.

Location was very central, only liked the location, room was so-so.

Reception couldn't understand english, couldn't communicate. 1 of the rooms had a window without a curtain so it was very bright when the sun came up, made for an unpleasant sleep.

Very spacious Apartments, great for families. It is fully equipped, including washing machine. The location is fabulous

Although the apartments are very clean in general, the toilet seats were dirty and couldn't be cleaned anymore. The seats simply should be changed

The apartment was dirty. Upon our arrival we saw a cockroach running away in the kitchen, the curtains were with stains - really gross, fat stains on surfaces in the kitchen, dust underneath the bed and on the fridge. Difficult to communicate with the staff who did not understand our requests for an extra blanket and towels.

A very warm and welcoming staff on arrival, during our stay, our isolation-move situation and departure. We are very happy with the staff overall

A higher floor would be nice and away from the construction on the adjacent building. For the price we paid, we expected a view of the city from a higher floor as shown in the photos on bookings.com.
