9km to center so the surrounding is not so noisy There are lots of plants in the hotel which creates good environment and green atmosphere

- No lift available but the staff gave support with the carry up - No laundry bag or signage for travel instructions inside the room

Such a tranquil place set in beautiful gardens. Very clean and comfortable with very helpful staff. It's out of the city, but that's what we wanted and only a short moto into town. Still within walking distance to shops, eateries and essentials.

No air ventilation in the washroom and cause mouldy smell

No elevator. Got mosquitos. And the resort is too dark, especially at night. Put more light on the side walk please.

Goo location and bottom floor. Looks better in the photos. Was quite expensive for what was provided.

Mouldy smell and don't think the floor had been mopped in sometime. Wanted to swim but the pool looked cloudy

The hotel has a great garden and pool in the centre. The 'jungle' of plants disguises the fact that you're in the middle of a somewhat industrial part of town.

The rooms are VERY dark and damp, and extremely noisy. Every sound made in the adjacent rooms echoes through the ceiling and thin walls. Curtains are also thin with no blackout so the corridor lights keep you up at night. The hotel is in a AWFUL location. Very far from everything, not even a shop nearby to buy water. Nor are there any restaurants in walking distance to buy food.

The rooms were lovely, beautiful pool with nice planting, quiet & peaceful even though on a busy road

Somewhere to dry wet swimsuits & towels would have been helpful

Coffee was fabulous
