King bed was comfortable. Small room but we (2 people) did not have a problem with it. It’s close to lots of places to eat/drink but a few minutes walk to the tube (there are closer bus stops though) - we didn’t mind the walk but wanted to point that out.

I am obsessed with this modern, funky hotel with flair. From the moment I approached the building, I knew this would be a different type of stay. The check in process is so smooth with the machines + I received a lot of help from a lovely lady. The rooms feel like a spaceship and I loved the iPad interface, being able to change the lighting + customise the room to my mood. The fluffy towels in the room were the best I’ve ever received, even better than at the Hilton + the bed is so comfortable. If you can’t tell, I will definitely be staying at a CitizenM establishment again!

Love this cute well designed and funky hotel. Great bed, sheets and pillows. Super cozy. Loved the black out blinds.

The food at the bar is pretty bad and overpriced.

Everything was honestly a perfect experience. Staff was super attentive, great vibes at the bar and you could see how happy the staff was to be there. Very important detail.

A bottle of water in the room would have been a nice touch.

Food options in the "restaurant" were very limited, I didn't try so no idea on quality as I went out instead to eat. Room was not in top condition and needed some maintenance. The TV kept freezing and not working for long periods of time. Windows could not be opened for fresh air, reliant on air conditioning.

My mattress was inappropriate. Deep holes on most used areas Location: not so convenient as quite a walk to the next underground. OK for buses
