Beautiful 3 BR 3 bath Mid Island House with Pool and Lanai
Bella casa con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni a metà isola con piscina riscaldata situata in una strada di accesso diretto alla spiaggia ea soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Nuova cucina con armadietti bianchi, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile nero, ripiani in corian, lavatrice e asciugatrice, nuova pavimentazione, lanai schermato, ampio patio finestrato che circonda la piscina di acqua salata riscaldata. Quattro televisori di cui 1 tv all'aperto a bordo piscina. Ventilatori a soffitto, bar all'aperto, area salotto all'aperto. Splendido paesaggio lussureggiante (penserai di essere su un'isola tropicale). Una delle posizioni più rilassanti su FMB.

This was a wonderful vacation property for several reasons:
Pros
• Communication with the owner, Gary, was great. The keyless entry was seamless and Gary was always available via text/email.
• Beach was literally across the street. We walked with our 3 and 4 year olds and it took us not even 5 minutes. The owner left several items for the beach which came in handy including a beach umbrella, tons of sand toys, beach chairs (both adult and smaller ones), and a cart to haul everything in.
• Property was super clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly at all times. Washer and dryer worked perfectly and there were tide pods/dryer sheets, which was really nice!
• House was well stocked with cooking spray, spices, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, detergent, dish washer soap, and even a vacuume, which we used. We also purchased a few items for the house and left them for future guests!
• Pool area was wonderful! Tons of beach/pool towels, and the pool was very warm. We liked the bathroom downstairs-it saved our kids trips from going back upstairs. We also liked that there was a mini-fridge and bar sink in the bar/pool area.
Overall we loved our stay and highly recommend this property. Gary was great to deal with and we couldn't have been happier!

Perfect Fort Myers Beach Vacation spot!
Beautiful & very clean house. Awesome heated pool in the back with a beautiful lanai to eat, drink & hangout. Short walk to the beach. There are beach chairs, cooler & beach toys to take to the beach. We loved grilling out and eating in the screened in patio. Perfect for a family, but would also be perfect for an adults get away! We can’t wait to go back!!

Perfect location
This place has everything you need. A tropical, private pool and a quick walk to a (not busy) beach. We loved this place and will be back next time we come to Fort Myers!

Hard to Come Home
Our stay was wonderful! It was perfect for everyone from our 5-year-old to grandma. There was so much to do, but leaving the pool was hard. The house was stocked with everything anyone could need. I highly recommend!

Great location, great property, great owners
Great house near the beach, inter coastal, marina and Publix. Quick bike ride to Town Square. Super cute backyard pool and entertaining area. We loved it!

Great location and house.
7 adults stayed at the house. A few local friends stopped by for the pool. Pool area is private and relaxing and was great for our group to hang out. Outdoor bathroom very convenient Lots of amenities. House is clean and well maintained. Host checked in mid stay. Would stay there again. Lower level bedroom has slight musty smell which might be a concern for someone with allergies but did not bother us.

Great Place
Clean comfy rental with everything you need. The tropical surroundings of the heated salt water pool provided a relaxing oasis after a day at the beach. Mid Island location ideal, with beach access just steps away from the house.

Fun Family Vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation and the house suited all of our needs. We were a family of 7 and fit all of us comfortably, they were 3 private bedrooms with a pullout sleeper and a blowup mattress. The location was great, short walk to Publix and very close to the beach. The beach wasn’t overly crowded and has very nice walking sand. Please check the cupboards before purchasing things you may need as there are many things that are provided.
Gary was wonderful to work with and was very responsive. We would definitely rent again and loved the location and Ft Myers Beach.

Wonderful Beach Vaca
This property is so beautiful! The backyard pool deck is where we spent most of our time and it’s hard to leave behind. It’s a private oasis!!
Gary was attentive, honest and a host to the fullest. We will definitely re-book to enjoy it again!

Family vacation
Great rental property on Fort Myers Beach. The pool area is fantastic. While not on the beach still very close walk on quiet street with beach access. More beach toys and supplies than you could need. The house is loaded with supplies, check it out before you go shopping. Only con we experienced was sleeping arrangements. The house has 3 bedrooms and would sleep 6 comfortably. There is a couch and a roll out but not really appropriate for 8 adults as represented on VRBO. Was fine for our family with small children.

Amazing family vacation home
We just spent 5 nights here with our 3 grown children and their significant others. The house was great with lots of room for all of us! The pool/patio is amazing and we spent every evening out there. Location is perfect, easy quick walk to the beach and quiet residential area but still a quick easy drive to anywhere on Estero. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to coming back!

Lovely house
Wonderful house! Everything was clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the spacious open concept living room/kitchen and the screened in dining area. The pool was spectacular as was the outdoor living space. The beach was just across the street. If you're thinking of visiting Ft. Myers Beach area, this is the place to stay!

Absolutely perfect!
This property was more than the description. It was very quiet, clean, with many amenities not mentioned. We loved all the little touches from decor to fun beach vibes throughout the place.
The pool was a great place to relax after hitting the beach. The cart and beach chairs made the short walk to the beach even easier. Gary was very easy to reach and was extremely helpful. We took his advice and hit up some of the restaurants he mentioned. We will be back!

Ohio Get-a-way!!

Ft Meyer beach
Great location. 2 blocks to the beach and about 3 blocks to the store. Great set up and the outside pool is where we spent most of the afternoon being shaded throughout the day.

The pool and living space outside was phenomenal & was very clean & super private. They have everything you need for the beautiful beach, ( 5 houses away). The only thing I would mention is there is a lot of stairs coming into the house and from the pool to house. I’ve had knee & back surgery and although for me it was fine for anyone who has trouble with stairs it may be difficult. Gary the owner was very nice & easy to work with. He was available if we needed anything. We missed our first day entirely and he was so kind to comp us an extra day. That was such a pleasant surprise. !! Already planning to see when we can go back next year.

Excellent beach vacation
We stayed at Gary’s place for 5 nights and it was excellent. The location was exactly what we were looking for. It was south of time square but an easy bike or trolley ride away. It was a short two minute walk to the beach. There was a grocery store right down the road which we visited frequently during our stay. The pool and tiki bar in the backyard is where we spend most of our afternoon ‘s. They had supplied everything we needed for our stay and would definitely come back. Gary is very attentive with our questions and requests. Thank you Gary for an excellent stay in Fort Myers!

Fantastic Place and Host!
We had high hopes for this home and our expectations were exceeded! The home was stocked with everything you need and was impeccable! The pool and outdoor living space was incredible! It was truly our own little oasis which allowed us to hang out, play games, watch tv and grill out! The owner was wonderful. He made sure we were settled and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay! Will Come Back Again!
We loved our stay at this great Ft. Myers Beach property. First, it is a great location; so close to the beach, stores and some restaurants. The house can easily accommodate the 7 adults in our party and there are plenty kitchen supplies for all, and guests. We loved the pool, as it was completely private with an outdoor bar, plenty of seating and a TV so we didn't miss any important bowl games while enjoying the sun. This is a very homey house with great beach accents that really made us feel like we were away from the snowy, cold Chicago weather!

Wonderful home!
My family stayed for 5 nights at this beautiful home. The location is perfect- short walk to the beach. Close to many restaraunts, shopping, night life. We loved the heated pool and the nice deck area. Gary has everything there you could need. We hope to return soon! Thank you, Gary

Great Getaway!
We had 3 couples staying for 5 nights. House is very clean! The house was exactly as the virtual tour displayed. We spent much of our time at the lower level outdoor patio bar and pool area. Pool was clean and heated. Backyard area is beautiful with green palms and very very private. House is located near a grocery store and 1 block from the beach! Gary was great to work with and very quick to respond to questions. House is a little gem in a quiet neighborhood mid island. I would recommend to friends and would stay here again!

Great location close to beach!
We loved it here! The house was perfect for our family of 5. Gary the owner was super helpful and easy to reach! The pool area is great and we were able to walk everywhere. The public is 2 blocks away. The beach was a 2 minute walk and we had everything we needed—wagon, chairs, beach toys and umbrellas. The house has everything we needed and the kids loved having TVs in their rooms!

Fort Myers Beach vacation get away
Excellent location, plenty of room and everything you need. Close to grocery store and beach, recommend having a car. The third bedroom is smaller, on the first level, and more private, good for teenagers.

Fantastic Thanksgiving week at this beautiful home in fort Myers Beach
we just completed a fabulous stay at this house. We had seven adults, plenty of room and the accommodations were very gracious. Gary was fantastic to work with!! The photos don't do the property justice, the location was perfect literally two blocks from the beach and two blocks from the grocery store. Loved all the places to hang out, multiple tables and chairs and the lower level had the pool, 3rd bedroom, outdoor living area with a bar, a super fun, relaxing vibe. We appreciated all the towels, well equipped kitchen, and nice linens. The pool is beautiful and very private! We will stay here again. Thank you, Gary for sharing this gem with our family.
