Bathroom facilities were quite old fashioned but still functional.

Very poor place. Smells from bathroom, bedroom damaged and dirty

Location is good. Close to the hotel is Tesco and Spar. Receptionist help us with parking-) give us coins and we paid with euros. They accommodated us even though we booked room at 8 pm.

On Booking was written there is parking at Ben though you can park for free only from 10 pm-8am. Parking was a little bit problem for us. We were waiting for the towels and after all we got only one. Drawers were not working properly

The bed is so hard, The bathroom is smelly like smell pee and smell drainage since day 1 till check out. I cant complain in the reception bcos theres no people in reception. I think i saw them thrice only and they always busy.

No real help from staff. I had no warm water and 3 days were not enough to solve this problem:( Rooms are clean but run down. 2* max

I am really not complicated, but this had to be my first complaint in a hotel ever. I paid for a bigger room with the balcony. There was no TV in the room, the garbage on the balcony was full and probably not cleaned in weeks, and the smell in the room in unbearable. Smells like sewage and sh*t. At first we only asked for a radio or something so that its not so quiet in the room, as we wanted to leave our dog to rest in the room for a bit, because we were walking all morning. The lady at the reception was not aware that the TV was missing, and offered us to switch rooms. We took another room across the hall. The room was nice at first, and had a really nice view out to the street, so we were happy about it. Later in the evening, we only wanted to take a shower and rest. Unfortunately, the water in the shower was ice cold, no warm water in the room, and the shower head was broken. No toilet paper as well. After I asked at the reception what was happening and how could they rent a room like this, I was informed that the technician is called but as it was sunday he cant fix it today. Still no answer to how was a room with no warm water free for rent. At the end I was not offered any solution, other than to switch rooms again, which I refused. I only took a shower in the other room and gave up. I am sure the owners know about all the problems but just dont care. It is very dirty, and not maintained. 90% sure our bed sheets were not clean. Dirty laundry on the hallway. Such a shame, because the location is perfect and the hotel has a lot of potential. A lot of things that are posted in the ad are just not true. Sorry to say that I wont be coming to this hotel again.

Staff were very friendly and cooperative( unlike Roya Botique), they let me to wait n the loby , location was in the heart of the city , near to metro, restuarant, tourist placed

Not clean, sheets were old, in the room there was a kind of deep stair casr which cause difficulty to go up and down, bed was loose, trash bin was not washed for many days and dirts were stick into it

The room was not clean, I found hair on the pillow and sheets. The tv was not working at all. The fridge was positioned near my head, and there weren’t any sockets to be moved in other place. The carpet was stincky, the table was dirty, I had to clean it by myself. Last but not least, probabil the worst thing, we had cockroaches in our room, and we signalized that to the lady from the reception. My girlfriend was biten by an insect and her leg was red. Definatelt I cannot recommend this property !!! :(

sewage smell in the room. Cheap price but also you can find another hotels at the same price and maybe without sewage smell.

The noise of the avenue is unbearable

I reached at hotel but reception was not attended me . The main door was closed and i wait there almost 1 hour. Than book another hotel very urgent . Very disappointments

I had a reservation at this hotel, but the hotel’s entrance wss closed. I ringed the bell, also I called the reception many times, but nobody opened the door. There was no reception at 12:30 AM, despite it’s written there that they have 24 hours front desk and reception.

Nothing except the location.

Wrong address on booking.com, impossible to find, very dirty inside, noisy and cold.
