The lady receptionist was very helpful and provided her full support to make our stay more comfortable. She helped us to book the transportation for the airport. The location is excellent close to Nyugati train station and West End Mall.

Very cosy and quiet hotel, close to the city center and metro station. They don't serve breakfast, but there are some food options nearby.

Small room, the room was not vaccumed under the bed and the safty box was not screwd to the wall - it was loose.

Located only a few minutes walk from Nuygati Station, and despite the busy nearby location, the hotel is just off the main street, in a very quiet area. Our room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the small window hardly let any outside light in. It was so quiet in the room, you could literally hear a pin drop. There's no breakfast room in the hotel, but our room had a small fridge which we stocked with goodies. The room had working air-conditioning, which on a warm day, was an absolute blessing. Lovely. Although the hotel doesn't feature 24hr check-in, and we arrived in the evening, check-in was painless, with the room key being exactly where the message from the hotel said it would be. When we checked out a few days later, the lovely gentleman on reception let us leave our bags in a storage room, so we could have our final day in Budapest without having to carry them around. He even chased us down the street, to tell us we could do so, after an email request the night before, had gone unanswered. That's what I call customer service. I cannot praise this place highly enough. For the price we paid, it was a bargain. It had hot running water, a comfortable bed, and air-conditioning. Coupled with great customer service, I couldn't possibly ask for more. I will certainly use this hotel when in Budapest again.

The receptionist was very helpful. Gave us a few suggestions to have best food and restaurants nearby. Stay was comfortable and closre to the city center. All major spots were easily reachable.

Near Nyugati Pályaudvar station. Strategic location. Very quiet and safe place. I slept very well at night because it was very quiet here. I was pleasantly surprised by the large shower in the bathroom. it was great. I have visited Budapest several times. This time on Easter. It was cold and raining. The hot shower was great. I chose the hotel because it was close to the station. I arrived late in the evening and was at the hotel in 3 minutes. everything worked fine, as written in the report.

The hotel was nice and clean and the girls at the reception were very nice and friendly. When we had questions they were always willing to help and advise.

Our plane was delayed and we checked in at night. They sent us clear instructions for independent settlement. We checked into the room without any problems. The room was large, the beds were comfortable, there was an electric kettle and a set of coffee and tea. everything is clean. The hotel is located 7 minutes from the railway station on a very quiet, clean and safe street. I would stay there again

My children and I lived in the winter, the room was large and cool. Please leave warmer blankets for guests. I wasn't cold, but the children were. It is impossible to raise the temperature on batteries, there is no remote control for the air conditioner, and there is no one at the reception after 6 p.m. This is a minus that I want to draw the administration's attention.

We were greeted by the absolutely phenomenal receptionist Judit, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and gave us a very extensive list of places to go eat, transport she recommended and easy directions to different places. The room itself was nice and spacious with huge windows, very clean and a nice big bathroom! With plenty of cupboard/hanging space for our things. The hotel is in a magnificent location! Far enough away from the main street so there's no traffic noise but close enough that everything is a relaxing walk away. A really wonderful location to take your time and explore as there's so much to see and do. For the price we paid, you really can't go wrong staying here! Everything was above and beyond what I expected :)

It would've been good if we could've had two sets of keys for our party but we managed perfectly fine with one. Just be aware this is a residential area so you'll hear the bin men outside. Other than that we wish we could've stayed longer!

Wasn't sure about the hotel when I first arrived as it looked to be located in a not so attractive locale. But I once inside I was pleasantly surprised. With a background in hotel management. It was quite clear that the management prioritises cleanliness better than most 3 star hotels I've been to. Excellent customer service from Zena & Judith as well made the stay even more enjoyable.

The lack of a lounge area or somewhere to just chill if you need to check out early and have a very late flight can be a bit of an inconvenience as you need as no where to sit or relax, you need to leave hotel and find somewhere outside to wait / kill time.

Location was great The receptionist offered to move us rooms when we reported the shower was broken.

Lack of signage There was a kettle and 2 cups but no complimentary tea or coffee The heating was Immense and kept me awake with no way to adjust this in our room making it u comfortable. The shower was broken so could not be used properly

Warm room, good bathroom, bed was comfy enough.

Window was a bit weird. Hard to close properly. Not really a complaint but honestly didn't see any staff ever.
