The view from the apartment was excellent. The apartment was also very spacious and modern which was nice. Beds were comfortable, as were pillows. I liked that there were a few starter bits in the apartment, such as olive oil, salt, pepper, cling film, toilet rolls, soap etc. As we were only staying for 4 days this was a great help as it meant we didnt need to buy any of those bits.

The hill up to the apartment was very steep (not the apartments fault i know but just to warn people!). I also found the cleanliness of the apartment was not great, the table was dirty, there was a ball of dark hair in the kitchen sink (random I thought, it was like someone had washed their hair or their hair brush in the sink!) Also, the three bedrooms were supposed to be open and ready for us, however only two were accessible when we arrived. One bedroom was locked. We had to go back down to the receptionist and ask her to open it. We were supposed to receive our deposit of €200 back after 6 days and a month later we still havent received it. I was told there was a glitch in the system and that it should be released shortly, a week later I still dont have it so I am still awaiting that which is a bit disappointing. The top pool goes straight over onto the bottom pool which sits a level below, slightly dangerous with kids so you do need to keep a close eye on them. I would advise no floaties in the pool as we saw one go over the top pool and hit people in the pool below one of the days we were there. It would have been a nice extra to have a BBQ on the balcony of the apartment but there were BBQ's down by the pool area...... it would just be easier to have it outside the door instead of 2 levels down.

Wonderful resort. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Our room was amazing and had everything we could ever need for our stay.

The pool was nice , the parking space was fine, and the location is quite near the town - but you do need to drive as the hill climb back to the resort is quite difficult, especially in the heat

The room we had was not clean - we had to ask the receptionist to rectify and was told some story about a broken toilet that meant tradespeople were in the room, and so it was not re cleaned . The toilet had stains, the oven was filthy, and the kitchen cupboards were not clean . The story about the broken toilet was not believable given the toilet has water marks and quite a lot of dust behind the bowl -it did not look new at all . The poor reception lady was quite flustered, but did give us some beer and cider and crackers as a bit of a gesture . Still disappointing for the price.

Superb apartment - all the facilities we could want within and the communal gym that we used. Apartment was immaculately clean and had stunning views across to the Whitsundays. Wish we could have stayed for longer!

As notified, and expected, the pool was starting its annual empty and repair. However we managed to use it on its last day ‘in action’ before draining. So this only partly affected our morning of leaving due to the noise of the tile removal. This work runs for most of August in 2023.

Damp smell in the room. But other than that everything was awesome.

We had the most beautiful unit, and we did want to leave. The view was amazing, and the two pools allowed for us to have space from others if needed.
