Breakfast was excellent and substantial! Delicious jams and bread and pastries. The back yard was fun for our daughter with a pool and trampoline and a basketball hoop. Bedrooms were dark and the area is very quiet so we slept well.

We didn't like that the other guests were smoking in the back yard as it prevented us from eating outside. I guess at least they were outside!

My stay here was very pleasant. The owner was super-friendly, always helpful, even drove me to the train station at the end of my stay. The location is amazing, in a quiet low-density residential area about 20 minutes walking from the train station, about 15 minutes from the city centre and about 5 minutes from Espace MAYENNE, where I had my business. The place itself is a cute house with a few rooms. Very cozy, beautiful garden with swimming pool, outside seating etc. Bathroom and toilet is shared, but I had no problem with that. Small kitchen with basic inventory is also shared.

I don't have anything negative to say.

although parking space available, this could not be reached by car due to roadblock because of Tour de France.

Very relaxed place and Pascale was very friendly, easy-going and helpful. The breakfast was good and the bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is quite too with no through traffic really. Oh and it was ok to use the pool in the back garden which was great in the savage heat!!

Maybe a little fruit with the breakfast and an option to have whole wheat bread.
