The flat itself has everything you need to feel comfortable and is located in a very good location. one of the bedroom has stunning city view. We traveled in October it was a bit cold outside but inside the apartment there was a spilt in each room which warmed up the room so quickly. the overall experience of staying at this place was great and it will be our option if we travel to Tbilisi again.

The only bad thing about this apartment was the building. when you enter from the street, the building and the stairs to the flat was so old and not clean. but once you get inside the flat everything is great.

Very clean apartment, cooperative and lovely people, and excellent location.

The owner and staff were very supportive and quick with communications and responses.

The property was very convenient near the metro, restaurants, stores and banks. it had all the features we needed and wanted.

Location is good.

Bathrooms were not attached to the rooms and very small. Hot water in the bathrooms were erratic and kept changing from very hot to cold and vice versa during the course of the shower. This was very annoying. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the lift has tiny space, almost claustrophobic.

10/10 Best apartment in Tbilisi and the location is perfect.

Hope they can renew the entrance and make it look good.
