Breakfast was great. Lovely lady taking care of the room. One person at the front desk was helpful… Ramona(?) …others not so much

I actually filled one of these out already…communication issue apparently. No services available. Had to repeatedly ask for towels. Every day. Staff was so put out when we asked for anything! Told us to take them upstairs ourselves. When I asked (mid week of our stay) for someone to come vacuum the room…I was told I could use the vacuum behind the desk and vacuum it myself! Kitchette was filthy. Half eaten old bagel and fruit loops all over the floor in between stove and counter-very visible. Fridge had huge dents in it. We asked for our bed to be just made up-no new linens daily. Did not happen. Had to ask again..met with sighs and eye rolls like we were the hugest pains! Was also told that the room was normally $380 a night and that we were getting a huge covid discount. I don’t believe that as I had made reservations x2 for this location-never saw a price like that.

The location was great and the bed was very comfortable.

At check in our room was lost and I’m guessing IDs were not checked with the other part of our party because names on the rooms did not match and that caused confusion later in our stay.

This was a really nice hotel at an affordable rate and the staff were all very friendly! The main lobby is warm and inviting. Our loft-style room was super cozy and loved that it came with a full kitchen. It really felt like a home away from home. Thanks for the complimentary breakfast and free wifi! As for the amenities, I could tell ALL the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool! 😊 The location was great as it's in the heart of the district. After driving for several hours, and upon arrival, it was nice to get settled in and be able to simply walk to a wide variety of restaurants just a minute or two away. We ended up at Wasabi for some excellent sushi. The next day, we had some free time and enjoyed walking through the stores.

Not complaining, just offering what I hope you will consider helpful feedback. One thing I noticed that you all would really benefit from is a deep clean/deodorizing of the immediate front entrance. You want to make a great first impression and this could definitely use some love and attn. In the room: I might also caution you that the glass wall in the shower doesn't prevent water from collecting all over the floor even when adjusting the shower head down and/or away. This could potentially open you up to some undesirable damages. Also, the front and center cover under the bathroom sink looks like it would be a door/drawer of some sort. Curiosity got the best of me so I pulled on the handle and to my surprise, the whole thing, (which is kind of heavy) came off and almost "shmashed" my foot.
