The room was very nice. Felt somewhat damp in the room, had to turn the heat on to dry it out some. The shower water pressure is very weak. Outside of those two things the stay was pleasant.

The room was well-used. Bedding was older. It may be fine for a single persons long term stay. It was not what I expected for a one night stay.

I was genuinely impressed! There are still affordable hotels that provide a CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE Experience And this one step it up a notch. I cannot say enough about the quality of this hotel. if there’s my hotel, you can guarantee I’ll never anything else anything else. Keep up the good work.

There was food left in the fridge and freezer. The microwave had not been cleaned and had dried food on the turntable. The coffee maker had used grounds still in it.

THERE IS ALWAYS COFFEE AVAILABLE IN THE LOBBY. THE STAFF WAS ACCOMMODATING AND KIND WHEN WE SPOKE WITH THEM. IT WAS GREAT HAVING A REFRIGERATOR IN OUR ROOM.
OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS SPORADIC MAID SERVICE. DAILY SERVICE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER - ESPECIALLY SINCE OUR DOGS WERE WITH US AND OUR STAY WAS ALMOST TWO WEEKS LONG.

Very loud - music playing past midnight. Staff was there, didn't seem to make a difference. I guess that this being an extended stay those are the guests that are catered to, not those of us just staying 2 nights. For over $160 a night, disappointed - ice maker didnt work.

The refrigerator was not cleaned out and a spoiled can of tomato sauce was in there. The beds were quite uncomfortable. The staff that checked us in flat out would not help us until the 'official' check in time of 3pm. I realize that it is stated that the check in time is 3pm, however, every hotel I have ever been to will check to see if a room is available for early check in. The person who turned us away was clearly annoyed to be working.

There was a strand of hair in the freezer and several strands of the same hair on the toilet.
There was a sticky substance on the handles of the bathroom cabinet and there was a food wrapper under the recliner.

The staff was very pleasant. They found out after I checked in, by cleaning crew, that my refrigerator wasn’t working and I no more got everything in my room and the maintenance crew was there. They had it fixed immediately and apologized that they hadn’t found out about and had it fixed before I got into the room. Everyone seemed to enjoy working there, they were always smiling and happy. I liked the kitchen area with stove and full frig. I only stayed for 2 days but if I was going to stay longer, this would be my place to stay cause you could fixed your own food instead of eating out all the time. Will be staying here again.

I'm currently experiencing serious medical challenges. I quietly and politely explained it could get embarrassing fast...no reaction. It wasn't super slow...but i was the only one there.

Staff very accommodating. Dog friendly; $25 dog fee per night. This is a long-term stay hotel so heard workmen on our floor going to work early and the smells of guests making breakfast in their rooms. But we would definitely stay there again. Beds are comfortable and rooms spacious.
