The Hotel was way beyond my expectations . It was absolutely fantastic . It was so clean , the room was superb , shower , bathroom fantastic . The location i feel was perfect . It could not of been better . What I really like was the Restaurant , the food was GREAT , but the Hotel staff , Restaurant Staff was beyond any words I can tell you . I never wanted to leave . They are my new family . Thank you all so much . I will never stay any other place

Casa Nicole is a beautiful hotel and restaurant staffed by the friendliest, most professional people anywhere. The facilities are absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. We enjoyed sitting at the rooftop patio and getting in the rooftop pool. The guest rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We highly recommend Casa Nicole.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was so delicious with a large menu with many choices. Service and staff were exceptional, so kind, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, so clean and comfortable. Location was perfect, so close to the beach and restaurants but, was so quiet. Thank you Juan, Isabel, Susana, David, Enrique….I wish I could remember all of your names. You all made our vacation perfect. We can’t wait to return to Casa Nicole Boutique hotel!

Fantastic staff and location. Attached restaurant has best Breakfast/Brunch and is popular with local ex Pats or Snowbirds most days. Small hotel, so employees really know you. Secure front entrance with key access. They were repainting even though didnt look like needed it. Rooms have fridge with complimentary small sodas or beer upon arrival and two water bottles every two days, but all tap water is okay to drink. PV has fantastic water filtration system. Front desk calls for taxis with immediate response. Rooms have strong A/C and a ceiling fan. Not too noisy as not a big thorough fare street. (Yet). The best patisserie across the street, often with a small line.

No elevator, but staff will insist on bringing baggage up AND down. Rooms don't have great sound proofing. Outdoor, rooftop Pool is very small and warm, not cool/cold. Since so new, not all taxis are familiar with location, so have address ready. Some dilapidated bldgs across street but expect they will be replaced in a year or so with new construction.

It’s a very beautiful place, very modern, very clean, has all the features and conveniences I would expect, and a great location in the heart of Zona Romántica next to the beach and boardwalk. The staff are very nice and friendly and helpful.

If you’re a light sleeper with an odd schedule, this probably isn’t the right place. There is a LOT of noise during the day. Street noise, noise from the hallway, etc. I had to put towels under the door to block some of the sound. All of the hard surfaces make noise travel very far. The front desk will call and wake you up about cleaning the room by noon or so. The shower, while amazing, is very sensitive and if you don’t turn it on in exactly the right way, the water will flash between very hot and very cold in an instant. Overall I had an amazing time and the hotel was great, but I’d want to know that they fixed the showers and added soft surfaces to reduce noise before I returned again. That said, the nights are quiet and if you sleep deeply or wake up by 8am, I think you wouldn’t be affected much by the noise.

The staff were very nice and friendly at the restaurant and the breakfast was lovely. The room was clean and had modern finishings.

Don`t expect to SLEEP. This was the most noisy hotel I`ve ever been in. The club kept me up until 3AM as did the person next door watching TV until about 2:20AM (I could even hear them cough). There is NO insulation between rooms likely due to the adjoining doors which I can only assume are made from plywood. The beds were also rock hard.

The food (breakfast and lunch) served onsite is excellent and varied. We ate breakfast there every morning. We noticed that expats an Mexican families also often ate there. The service is outstanding. The rooms are lovely. It's quiet at night despite being only a block away from all of the action.

There is really nothing I did not like. It's a small boutique hotel located a block or two from the action of old town PV. Some could find it a little expensive in comparison to some of the larger hotels. But if you want very clean, amazing service, lovely/comfortable rooms, and a block or two away from the action for a quiet nights sleep I would book here.

Stayed here for three nights and loved every moment! This is truly a boutique hotel with less than 10 rooms (I think), making for an intimate they-know-our-names experience. Service: Juan and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They really knew our names and were readily available if we had questions or needed recommendations. Rooms: everything was clean and modern. The body wash & shampoo provided smelled divine! Amenities: the hotel is overall very modern and well decorated. The rooftop pool was small but had ample sun lounges and tables. Because the hotel has limited guests, I had the entire pool to myself majority of the time. Gym was equipped with dumbbells, bench, and four cardio machines. Location: on the northern, quieter side of Romantic Zone, it's 3 blocks away from the main strips and 1-2 blocks from the beach. Super convenient to get around. Overall, we loved our stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others!

We had a room on the 1st floor right next to the restaurant. This meant that every morning at 7am, we would hear the staff prepping for the day and hear patrons/music as they trickled in for breakfast. I would keep this in mind if you're a light sleeper & request a room on the 2nd floor.

our room was one the first floor and we had no privacy from our patio. we were woken up to a loud group of 15 or more people who were there for 3 hours at least. the whole room was very loud

The breakfasts were wonderful. The location was great. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and SO clean.

No in-room coffee. However coffee available to take to room at 7 am. Not a problem unless coffee needed earlier, and there is a coffee shop nearby.

This hotel went above and beyond! We had to stay longer since my husband was injured on a boat and they extended our stay twice without any issues! The owner was super nice and so was the staff. The room was spacious with a balcony and the downstairs room had a patio. The bath tubs are huge and worth the upgrade! There is a restaurant onsite and was really busy with other tourists. The prices were fair and the coffee was good. Make sure you get the banana bread! They even got some food to go that I could take to my husband. I can't say enough about this hotel. They were starting to feel like family after a couple days! Thank you so much for taking care of us. You all went above and beyond!!!
