Rooms are a bit old and need upgrade

Clean, quiet, so close

Someone try to open my balcony door to remove, change the screen. He scared me. Wrong time. Wrong approach. Didn’t check if we were there first, just grab the door.

Use of outdoor facilities, bbq, pavillon, chairs outside our patio on lower level.

Excellent location and outdoor seating area. They were very helpful with even midnight check in. The beds were quite comfortable and lovely view from the balcony. Easy access and walking distance to bay area and nearby restaurants.

The stay was royal

Perfect location with free parking. Plenty of space in our suite for family of three. Well equipped kitchen area.

Windows are not well insulted so able to hear everything happening outdoors, conversations, people coming and going, cars etc. Our room was directly above reception so I’m sure if you’re further away it would be absolutely fine.

Very run down for the price , doesn't look like any upgrades or maintenance for a long time, horizontal blinds broken and no privacy in bedroom from windows and people cutting through and walking by, stove didnt work and fridge barely works, old uncomfortable mattress ... had to clean room ourselves or face extra costs

just wish it had a microwave in the room and more comfortable chairs outside and maybe a pool would be cool

No comments as everything was good.

The mattress cover was stained badly with semen...grosse. ..the towels were also stained...bathroom smelled like urine...the carpets were not vacuumed...things in the room were falling apart....its a very over priced yet neglected building. The receptionist was friendly and helpful yet I could tell she was embarrassed by our complaints....tbh we barely slept a wink and checked out the next morning at 8am...not fast enough!! Also, the shower curtain was not installed properly, I had to fix that aswell to avoid flooding the floor on them....the a/c filter is filthy with debris and dead bugs...blowing out at you....yea its grosse.

The rooms were very clean. Very good staff. Clean bathrooms with nice hot water. Comfy beda. Good ac and fan. Everything was perfect!
