Easy to check in, clean and well renovated place. Check in didn't require the host to be there, which made a late check in easier, and check out was also very easy. Everything was easy to use and seemed new. Sofa bed was very comfy, which isn't the usual standard!

Stairs were a little precarious, and we would've appreciated hand soap in the bathroom, but lovely other than that! Ideally for multiple people staying it would be nice to have two stand fans for each level

Comfortable clean apartment, amenities everything you need has been through of, location perfect for the Tram went all over the city on it.. travel cards for Tram obtainable from a machine at every tram stop. Buying a 10 trip card the best way for me. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you.

Needed a functional ironing board...all other appliances were perfect cafeteria, kettle, hair dryer really no complaints really enjoyed our stay, I'm sure you will too...

What a fantastic find in such a beautiful city. Good information and handover before and after travel. Well equipped downstairs room in a quiet spot but with tram, buses and train station within 0.5km. Sofa bed very comfortable and good heating system. TV is firestick compatible and excellent WiFi signal. Within walking distance for all historical sites and shopping areas. See you again soon!!

Everything was great. However, an idiots guide on how to work the microwave and hob would have been useful but even I figured it out after a few attempts.

Very convenient location near the main train station. The apartment has all necessary amenities. We had a huge terrace where we spent time having dinner in the evening, very lovely, quiet, and romantic place! The check-in went smoothly with keys in the door keybox.

2 things would have changed the rating from good to excellent 1) a cork-screw (an apartment in France without one - really!) The other was the bannister rail up the side of the stairs was wobbly and potentially not very safe for anyone with any sort of mobility issue.

Perfect location, very close both to the train station and the city centre. The flat is cozy, fully equipped and doesn't lack anything for a short-term stay. Would definitely recommend it
