Everything! The entire place is so dreamy and a continuous surprise, from the building itself to the surroundings and the amazing view over the Seine. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the availability of the staff.
Nothing

Views and setting was amazing and food was delicious
Slow service when hotel was busy due to lack of staff

The Chateau is situated on a bluff above the Seine, so the views are amazing! Great breakfast and a simple but delicious made to order dinner. A wonderful location to be away from the crowds. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Location conveniently near to Rouen for our trip to south west France. It was a charming chateau with lots of character, quirky touches in the decorations, gorgeous terrace for breakfast with splendid views of the Seine and situated with lovely grounds.
Very little. Others have commented their room was dirty, ours was spotless. The only thing to improve it would be to have more staff so evening dinner could be served quicker.

This is a very special place - a beautiful old chateau with an incredible view of the Seine from its high perch above that iconic river. The hosts were very kind and engaging and the evening meal was delicious - like eating in someone's home.

Beautiful accommodation, fantastic views.

We really like the location and the whole surrouding area, you can feel like you are privately visiting some your friends in Chateau. View for river from the room and chateau is breathtaking, especially in the morning. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, staff was really friendly and helpful (but the knowledge of english is not so good). Room and bathroom were very clean and furnished in the style of the chateau. We enjoy the intimacy of the stay, no big rush in the area.
We would recommend to change the concept of the dinner - to have something freshly cooked, possibly from the local ingredients to fulfill the expectations from such place.

The view
Spaces very dark (no lights)

Fantastic view
large bedroom
Spacious hall, staircase etc.
Lovely grounds
Dog friendly
bread and coffee at breakfast
Evening meal was terrible. Menu was confusing. No english speaking staff.
Breakfast was excellent spoilt by horrid orange juice and poor quality jam

we loved the building, size of the rooms, animals around the farm.

The building and amazing view
4.3
Amazing building, the views of La Seine from the gardens are spectacular.
4.3
This is a family run exceptional property, with stunning views over the Seine and surrounding countryside. This is about as close as you will get to being invited to stay in a large chateau. Welcome is friendly, rooms comfortable and well appointed.
views and grounds spectacular. menu is limited but good well prepared regional fare and wine list is not overpriced.
Breakfast is excellent. Our dog was welcomed.
4.3
Exceptional location. View from the terrace is magnificent
Could have more comfortable indoor seating.

Very nice lady looking after us and a great old chateau slightly run down. Amazing views of the seine and gardens.
Was tricky to find as co ordinates didnt work? and you need the gate code to get in!! Weather wasnt so good when we went so spoilt it a bit

It’s a beautiful old building: it IS old, so things like creaky floorboards and doors that don’t shut properly go with the territory. We’ve had really old homes and we loved it, but if you want squeaky clean and an
houses, so we loved it, but if you want squeaky clean and uniform rooms, this isn’t for you. The location is fabulous - we woke up to an incredible
sunrise - and the grounds are wonderful. I didn’t realise that we could pre-order dinner, so booked an auberge in Jumieges, which we reached by free
car ferry. The lady who greeted us and showed us to our room was delightful, and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee. The public rooms are lovely.
It’s like a country weekend with friends you haven’t met yet. Glorious.
I can’t think of anything ( unless you don’t like quirky green bathrooms where you need to draw the curtains or else be on view from the front lawns!)
I can’t comment on the breakfast since we very sadly had to leave early to get to Calais.

View from the bedroom was amazing. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely.

The castle is simply amazing. Amazing! It is very well maintained, the room was huge, with the biggest bathroom I´ve ever seen and the view was splendid. It is great place for one, two nights, perfect for couples for a romantic getaway. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Their English wasn´t great but with my poor French we somehow managed :)
I have two comments - the bed is really really soft, so it may be an issue if you have back issues (as I have). And the second comment would be that the dinner wasn´t the best. I suggest you dine out.

Very nice breakfast, served with a very friendly smile and welcome. Very comfy bed and quality towels and an impressive view
Our room and bathroom were disappointing, tired and rundown with cheap furnishings. Needs updating and renovating, very expensive for the quality of accommodation provided. Expensive bar drinks! €6 for a Coca Cola!
4.3
Stunning location, helpful staff and very clean and spacious.
Choices at dinner, expensive and the same limited menu every day

The view from this hotel is sublime. Absolutely amazing. The lady in charge is so sweet and accommodating. The bedroom was very large and very clean. Unfortunately some areas of the hotel are a little run down and the food on offer wasn't that great with few options to eat elsewhere due to the hotel's location.
We thought the evening meal was really quite poor in comparison to lots of the food we had in France during our week long holiday. The price is high and so I do think you have to offer quite a lot when charging this amount.

extraordinary setting in lovely area of Normandy. you can visit many sites from this area and view a major Abby ruin in the area from your window. had a lovely breakfast on the front veranda overlooking the Seine
we were off season so it was very quiet and almost foreboding. would be better with friends
4.3
The location, the specracular view and grounds, the friendly welcoming owner, the wonderful food, the grand rooms and the decor throughout. And they are dog friendly
Nothing- it was àll fabulous
4.3
The only nice bit of the whole stay was the view from the hotel. The room was clean.
There was no service or bar or drinks. You had to make your own tea and coffee in a communal room. I will not recommend this hotel. Breakfast was basic French. For the price we paid well in advance no communication of the limited facilities. We were driving round and round trying to find the entrance. The code for entry gate was sent via email on the day of arrival which was a bit too late.

when you want to experience an unforgettable moment with your family and friends this is the place to be, the owner is very accomodating, willing to organise exceptional and supportive for any question asked.
4.3
Beautiful historic building. The views are simply breathtaking, impeccable breakfasts and welcoming personnel. We truly enjoyed our stay in this historic chateau
You can have a dinner upon prior reservation, but for the price you pay the quality is rather mediocre
