Amazing location, amazing facilities, food and ambiance

Toilet was super dirty

The staff was friendly and the location good. The room was clean and tidy and there were decent facilities.

It was very difficult to find the location of the hotel, which turned out to be located inside a huge hotel. there we had to wait for quite some time for the right employee. The hotel's car parks were badly located on a bad gravel road and far from the location of the room. We also felt uncomfortable that we did not receive a receipt for the payment.

Very nice staff, good food and drink, nice beach, great spa, good location, nice hotel overall (that is if you choose to pay for all inclusive, which makes you eligible to use facilities of Grand Luna hotel:)) No complaints whatsoever.

Its a quite crowded, especially in the pool area, but that is expected in August.

Don’t believe the picture because it’s surely better in real life. This is the place where you want come back. Huge choice of meals, nice pool and amazing apartments. The only minus is strange system with elevator. But it doesn’t matter comparing to all written below
