La excelente ubicación del Hotel, a pasos del centro de la ciudad y de puntos turísticos de interés, también es destacable, la amabilidad del personal.

1. The service attitude of the front desk staff is extremely poor. the girls seem to have never learned how to practice smiling; 2. The room in the twin room is very small, if you are a fat person, you may feel suffocated 3. The sewer in the bathroom is always blocked. when you take a shower It's like swimming in a pool 4. If you haven't eaten for a few days, maybe you can try breakfast, otherwise you need to work up your courage to try this terrible breakfast

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is 10 points, a short walk to the square and the pedestrian zone was very pleasant for us.

The room facing the street is a bit noisy because of the traffic

Perfect location, sparkling clean, comfortable beds and pillows.

The view is not ideal because across the road there was construction work, was not noisy though due to soundproof walls. The only really negative was that the prices for the minibar drinks were different on the menu in the room compare to what they charged us when we checked out.
