Esperienza terribile, siamo arrivati con un zaino e una valigia zaino sulle spalle e subito la reception ci blocca chiedendoci di togliere le scarpe senza neanche darci una mano. Tolte le scarpe, un check in lunghissimo, sempre con i zaini sulle spalle, ci volevano illustrare tutte le escursioni. Chiedendo aiuto per un trasferimento privato a Sihanoukville, ci hanno risposto che ci volevano 10 ore e loro non potevano aiutarci. Vista la stanza ( con una porta su un balcone sul retro che non poteva chiudersi ) abbiamo deciso, dopo aver pagato la notte, di spostarci in un altro hotel dove ci hanno trovato il trasferimento all’orario da noi richiesto e necessario per non perdere la coincidenza con il traghetto ( alla fine ci abbiamo messo solo 6 ore e non non 10 come comunicato dalla struttura ). Fuori dall’Hotel la strada non è asfaltata. Concludendo, la gestione del cliente è inesistente e sicurante l’accoglienza può essere migliorata !

This was an excellent hostel for my 2 nights in Battambang. Plenty of information, the rooftop is amazing and staff friendly. Tours are fantastic

I had a very nice time there. The staff is great, can give a lot of information. The food on the rooftop is amazing for the price. Nice view. Tours for share.

Everything was perfect! We didn’t end up staying because we caught the night bus but the staff did everything to make our travels as easy as possible, even gave us towels for a quick freshen up before the bus! Rooms looked great and facilities were very clean, the food in the restaurant was so good and was even included in happy hour. Will be recommending this place to others!

Très bon accueil, l' endroit propose beaucoup d'activités, le dortoir climatisé est très spacieux, le lit confortable (avec rideaux) et la salle de bain est bien. Propre. Casier à disposition.

La restauration et les cocktails au roof-top sont plutôt bof, privilégiez de manger en ville (meilleur et moins cher).

I stayed here with my close friend and we absolutely loved the Place hostel! All the staff members are incredibly kind and welcoming and did a wonderful job at showing us a large selection of different tours to do in Battambang. The crowd here is mostly young 20-year-olds and the hostel does a great job at making a social environment such as their lovely rooftop bar for a reasonable price. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The Hostel was incredible though there could have been better maintenance in the bathroom . The bathroom is cleaned very often (I believe three or four times a day) but could use other maintenance. For example, the toilet seat seems to be a little off/broken.
