Great location. Clean room

Location next to the shopping mall was great.

Waiting for up to 20 minutes to get down in the lift from the 29th floor. The feral scouts were booked in rooms all around us were running around our floor until nearly midnight, ringing our doorbell and ringing our telephone.

Great Location, close to many popular places in Seoul. The view from the 30th floor was nice. Okay amenities as well.

Some of the staff would be biased on greeting some guests, whilst ignoring others.

The view was stunning and location was very convenient to use taxi and subway. Overall, it was very comfortable bed and services .

The view when having a room on a higher floor level is amazing.

1. bad service & facilities : the people at the front door was rude… plus this hotel doesn’t offer toothbrushes and the room wasn’t clean either. 2. charging problem : the hotel actually charged me $ 890000 for 3 nights while the price was 810000 on booking.com. we asked the hotel manager about the pricing and he had no comment and compensation…

Excellent location, only a couple stops away from Seoul Station. Reception area had a a fantastic vibe, even though the hotel was constantly busy, we never failed to get a seat.

The walk from Yongsan station to hotel was a pain due to it being narrow and when busy it was a struggle. Hopefully once bridge is built it will make it more smoother.

Location was excellent, with the hotel being walking distance from Yongshan Station and iPark Mall. However, I am wondering when the new link to Yongshan will be open? It is under construction now

The beds were amazing, incredibly comfortable and the view is incredible to stare at, especially at night when the cityscape is lit up.

The elevators can be difficult to operate, some issues include the elevator not registering the input for the floor selected by other guests and I. We had to leave the elevator and find another, after going up and down when other guests could use it but not us.

very easy to get there from the main airport. shopping mall and train station within 5 min walking from the hotel

room was too small. bathroom was entirely made of glass panels which were open on the top and communicating with the bedroom. there is no privacy when using bathroom

Nice location, with restaurants, cafes, and stores on the same building. Easy access to the train station.

Lack of amenities, no toothbrush, no razors...

I could see the city lights so therefore the location is nice.

No cafes, restaurant surrounding the hotel. No homey feels.

the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms were exceptional and the view was picturesque.
