The support provided by the owners, the property is in a very good condition and as well as it is well equipped, I didn't have to worry even about the beach staff which we had at the property. A special gesture from the owners about my earnings which I lost and they found just one, they bought the pair and sent it to my house. The most important is the trust knowing that my belongings are safe and looked after that prove how much the owners do care about the hosts. A huge thank you to Miguel and Yolanda.

This is a great flat on the coastline of one of the most beautiful beaches in Almuñécar. The flat literally has everything you may need. It is super clean and has a great location. Finally, this great place also has perfect hosts. We stayed there for two weeks with our little child and are just looking forward to go back there.. I recommend it to everyone without any doubt.

Stayed here as my house in Almunecar is being renovated and needed a week out of the dust. Perfect beach front apartment. Cotobro is one of the most beautiful areas in Almunecar and all of Almunecar is beautiful, for me. Parking outside, beach is right outside the door. Is a quiet area. Lots of walks, on the beaches and up into the campo. Beautiful walk into town centre, flat walk along the promenade, 10 - 15 mins. Decent Coviran shop, pharmacy, bakers and restaurants nearer. There is a regular circular bus if you need it. Goes from centre of town, to almost the door. Apt is beautiful. It doesn't feel like a rental, it feels like a really nice home, as it is high quality. Newly renovated, almost all of the front is windows, so lovely and light. There are blinds, and mosquito netting at all of the windows. All of the furniture is clean and comfortable. Linen is great. Beds are great. Everything, and I mean everything, you could need in an apartment is there. They have been very thorough. Loads of cleaning products, including laundry stuff, tin foil, tupperware, coffee machine. Nice touches like olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, teas, coffee, sugar, biscuits. They also left me a basket of oranges (there is an electric squeezer) and a bottle of beer. Loungers, beach towels, table and chairs for terrace. Sewing kit, first aid kit, games. As said, there is everything you need, and all the things that are annoying to buy when you are only somewhere short term. Check-in within 5 mins. Wifi works very well, code is written down, which always helps! Had a very nice week sat on the terrace, watching diving cormorants and gannets. And walking on the beaches, and into town. All the covid-19 restrictions are adhered. There is hand gel inside the door. If I didn't live in Almunecar, I would have no hesitation in re-booking! Highly recommended.
