pool was great to have it to cool down the high heat. Staff very kind and always willing to help. Room was clean everyday and they did our laundry in less than 24 hours, wash/dry/ and press. You can book many tours with them, taxi to everywhere or even food for a great price.

No hot water in shower.

The room was spacious and clean. A very comfortable bed made my nights! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The best is the private balcony with a view!

I liked everything really but if you’re coming with a big suitcase just a heads up - a car won’t go down the narrow street the hotel is in so you have to do that yourself.

Perfect hidden place, perfect to rest. Location is good, selection of simple and cheap food. Friendly staff, they can organise tours or motorcycle for you

Bathroom could use so maintenance

Location was great and the jungle view was amazing.

The room and especially the bathroom seemed like those have not been properly cleaned in years. They have one pool (not your private like the website stated) but I advise not to use it since it gave me rash. I assume it doesn’t get cleaned either. Also, they took my towels for cleaning but didn’t give me new ones ”because there are no clean ones left”. So I had no towel for almost a full day.

The breakfast and meals were.really good, nice pool and people were always smiley and friendly.

It was walking distance to the center. There is a rooftop pool with a jungle view (but it’s dirty).

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There was animal poop on the beds and rugs. There was human hair from other guests in the shower over the drain. The shower floor floods easily because the pipes are not cleaned. The stairs to get up to the rooms are very narrow. The swimming pool is dirty. Generally speaking the facilities are old and poorly maintained. Access is also difficult through a narrow back lane where you can only come by foot or scooter. The communication with the hotel manager was very poor and our request for early check-out and refund was denied (we left early and ate the price difference because of how dirty and unpleasant it was).

We liked the homey feel, everyone was very kind. Also loved the rooftop pool!

Really helpful and kind staff, location excellent for food and shopping, yet quiet and private. Pool was clean and most welcome in the heat in December. Staff were very helpful, allowing me to leave my luggage after checkout. Everything worked as it should. I was very happy with the accommodation for the money, and would return if I am ever lucky enough to visit beautiful Ubud again x

It wasn’t really an issue, but nowhere else to mention it.... location is excellent, but be aware it is down a little Lane, as clearly outlined in the information when you book. I felt perfectly safe and confident when retuning in the dark. Was very happy with the accommodation for the money.

I loved its location near food, yoga, shopping….very central and a lovely local family feeling.

Perhaps a little more care taken with cleanliness. I was there 9 days and my sheets were not changed and an odor from bathroom drains that was not addressed when I mentioned it.
