I think the place don’t worth the money they charged in Internet. lamps don’t work, electrical outlets look dangerous and are not enough, there is not good tv signal and not good tv service, shower curtain is dirty and beds don’t look attractive clean to sleep.

Bed was hard. People were swimming and loud in the pool past 10pm, when others are trying to sleep.

Loved the family atmosphere, this is what will make us come back for sure. Pablo is a great host and he makes sure you feel at home. He's always there to offer great advice on what to do around Tequis. Lovely family. Rooms are clean, simple but comfortable and homey.

I don't know if this just happens during Mexican holiday breaks, but he had family over (he lives there) and the kids (about 8) were running around and screaming until almost midnight a couple of nights and it took forever for my kid to sleep as she usually goes to bed around 9pm. Not fun for mom. This might be different on any other date.

Nice, familial atmosphere. Big, clean pool (which I didnt use), very calm/quiet, very central. Helpful staff. Grass in the backyard

Staff didn't speak English, no kitchen equipment. Just slightly too expensive
